I'm sorry but, regardless of where you moved from, if you have lived in this country for 10+ years you should know to teach you kids that running from police at night while pointing a glock replica that is indistinguishable from a real gun at said police is a bad idea. The 13yo should not have been killed but so much of this is on the parents. I understand that they are hurting but, unless there is some key piece of evidence that we are not seeing, this is not the fault of the police.

Person flees and evades police.
Person points gun at police.
Person is shot by police.
Gun turns out to be a replica.
Community is outraged.
