How to Mix Paint for Acrylic Cone | puffy dot with

In this tutorial you'll be learning how to mix paint to create puffy dots and curvy line. these curvy lines could be very useful to create Henna design. I am going to make 5 different acrylic cones with different mediums so that you can learn with my experience.
