Malaysian here. the Yellow Shirt was banned during 2016 for a short term only, specifically if there was "Bersih" wording on it. it's 2024 now, we don't have that restrictions anymore. i use my yellow shirt and yellow dress since 2018, nothing happened to me. please get the correct information, thank you
Correction! Singaporean here. You can still chew gum, you can bring gum over from other countries (secretly and just 1 or 2 packets) BUT you cannot sell gum. So for her to get into trouble for the gum, the officer must be bored. But because this ban has taken place since the 90s, you can hardly see gums everywhere because the youngsters do not know how to enjoy whereas those growing up, know the reason it was banned, know how to dispose of them.
Hi from Malaysia. Yellow was banned shortly sometime in 2015 during the Bersih rally for clean elections. Protesters still wore yellow during the peaceful march. The Prime Minister the rally was protesting against is no longer in power. Though yellow is not banned, we are mindful not to wear yellow in the event we expect attendance from Malaysian royalty as a sign of respect.
Yellow coloured anything is not banned in Malaysia!!! Probably only when you're in the royal castle/palace because yellow/gold is a royal colour and represents the King and Queen.
No Izzy, Japan removed(not banned) most public trash cans because of the Sarin Gas attack in 1995 caused panic for safety concerns. There are more public trash cans now and there's also been trash cans in most convenience stores.
I'm one of the Canadian babies that took a header down stairs in the early 80s in a baby walker. Thankfully I survived with nothing more than a split open chin.
They're not outright banned in the US yet, but are highly cautioned against and IIRC are among the items that cannot legally be re-sold in thrift stores.
Hey there fellow stairs bud. Somewhere at my parents house there is pictures my mom took at the bottom of the stairs. Why? I have no F'in idea. #StuffBoomerParentsDo
I'm from Thailand and i love durian, Durian is a fruit that if anyone likes it, they will like it. But if anyone doesn't like it, just go away. The ones that are banned are only banned by most hotels as far as I can see.
Yellow shirt was banned because of "Bersih rally" which ended in 2015, 9 years ago. Also, I avoid baby walker because it actually cause baby to develop slower due to dependance on walker.
That’s why is kinder egg was banned in U.S.A, because it said on search “the toy surprise hidden inside can pose choking and aspiration hazards to children younger than 3 years of age”
Gum is banned in Singapore : Besides being a part of trash, the main reason gum was banned in SG is the incident where it was stucked in the doorway of an MRT and caused delay.
I apologise on behalf of some of my fellow Malaysians who have forgotten their manners. I may be wrong, but yellow garments were banned for a time due to political association but as far as I know is not anymore.
It's a brief ban and only in Putrajaya area that wasn't even last a year. that's nowhere near as what they've said in the video. 99% Malaysian never even heard of it
"Any yellow coloured clothing and which contains the words 'Bersih 4'" and "Any other printed material and pamphlet which leads to Bersih 4 rally". Not just any yellow clothing , just a specific type of t-shirt.
The stairs with the baby walker was me when little. I fell down the a 25 steps stair while in a walker cause my sister left me alone while my grandma was washing the balcony.
One thing about durian is dont go for the ones that are sold alot in city and supermarkets. Those are overrated, go for the ones that are sold in the countryside where it has its own seasons and definitely will taste better than the so called expensive musang king, black thorn and other such cross breeds.. those are what locals call durian kampung and make sure they are collected after a good sunny day.
The US law that applies to kinder surprise eggs (that any non-edible parts can be inside the edible part) had been passed way before they even existed... so it's not targeted specifically on this product only.
Exactly, one is actual chocolate "eggshell" around the toy, the other is just some weird cream in half an egg. But I do think, it is totally possible, that Kinder Joy was their way of circumventing the ban on Kinder Surprise Eggs.
@@cacklebarnacle15They introduced the Kinder Joy as an alternative in Europe for the hot summer months, because the original Kinder Surprise is just a hollow chocolate (with a yellow capsule representing the yolk with the toy inside) and melts easily. But of course you can also sell it in the countries, who can't enjoy the Kinder Surprise otherwise.
Yes, gum is banned cos it was difficult to scrape it off the floor in the streets of Singapore, as it was building up its image from a scruffy place in the 60’s…but you can get dental & medicated chewing gums…but it is untrue about having no rubbish bins! It is only at strategic places, some transparent, etc cos of previous hidden bomb attempt (foiled, of course)…I shld know, I live there!
13:21 as someone born and raised in the south that knows quite a few country music artists. I can happily say I am happy to hear that the mullet is banned at least in some countries. I wish it was banned in the US. It looks horrible. I know musicians that on purpose burned their old album photos and CD covers because of the mullet. It looks good on no one.
They have a Durian festival in the Philippines i can withstand the smell of durian because i lived on a pig farm for 2 years and when it swells worst then durian.
0:22-0:24 Dang it, Izzy's at it again! I can't keep a straight face around her... And Martine ain't helping the matter either... 14:12-14:16 Sounds like a song...
Gum was banned in Singapore because people were putting it on the gap between the doors of the mrt. That will result in the door not closing properly and causing delay. There was also people putting gum on the lifts button and yea its disgusting.
Ponytails and mullets are not banned for men in Iran!!! As an Iranian that's a very weird thing to hear 😐 Also it's kinda funny cause we have so many Iranian celebrities with these hair styles. Please don't spread false news, there're already sooo many misconceptions about us😅
WOW i am form GR and ngl i am kinda shocked they didnt know our Athens.. But tbf i didnt even know the heels ban thing!(pretty impressive reasoning for the guess)
questioning people who bought kinder egg the og version and not realize the chocolate egg hides a plastic capsule that contain the toys inside when the lable/box has images of an open kinder egg showing its content....
9:30 ik it’s Singapore because I had a highschool Teaxher from there and let me just tell you this she was a great teacher but definitely could have used some gum a couple times 😂
Istg y’all need to leave these guys alone. They’re reuploading videos, yes, but they’re also getting new videos ready. Just be patient and be grateful they’re even uploading anything at all
Durians are only banned on public transport and some private establishments. But can be eaten freely in public, else there would be no tasting by the street stalls in Thailand.
Please triple check your facts before doing these kind of videos!! It will make the countries look bad when you spread misinformation. And Martine, dont worry, you are welcome here in Malaysia and wear the brightest yellow clothing if you want here (just maybe not to the royal palace)
- which continent is Belarus located? - ..... Asia? - No - Africa - No... - South America? - NO! -....... Australia?? -WHAT THE HELL !!!!! 😂😂😂 Please tell me these people are not the exemple of americans' geography knowledge XD
Valentines days originated from Vikings, and the way they celebrated it was very gruesome 😭 Then the Christians (being up other people's ass like always), took it from the Vikings and made it theirs, along with Christmas from Pagans.
I not argue about banning baby walkers as I fell from the stairs in one when I was baby. Thank god I survived, but it cost me to have a stuttered here and there
Nope, rather because a small child choked on it, that's far from claiming that American's as a whole went "Hmm! I shoud eat this plastic thing!" Ewww! Who uses YT's Emojis... Eeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!
i hate to break it to you but the kinder egg situation isn't entirely true. yes the toy IS inside the egg, but not just on itself. there's quite a big yellow plastic egg with the toy INSIDE of that. the egg is way too big for kids to accidentally eat or whatever. literally not possible. and it still exists. just not in the usa. kinder joy is a different kind of kinder egg. it's not the same at all.
Kids be dumb in the us; I thought it was weird when I found out about this years ago but I remember wonderballs being similar having something inside (like stickers and tattoos) and we had to break it before we could eat it. I remember them being super popular then all of a sudden they vanished and wonder if it's the same thing.

7:44 What you had in this video are Kinder Joy, which is why you were able to get them in the US. Kinder Surprise are banned in the States
I am Malaysian and yellow is not banned here. It's the royal colour of Malaysia
Yellow is not banned in Malaysia. Everyone is still wearing them even in 2024.
They tell a lot of untrue "facts" and misspell stuff ALL the time. They need to do better research and proofreading.
As a Malaysian I just gasp when they said yellow clothes banned in Malaysia

They are still available in Canada as well.
As an Australian I can confirm we do like "butts and stuff" 😂 2:14

who said the yellow shirt banned
@@shahronsaman451The government in 2015, only in putrajaya.
It was never banned nationally
Everyone saying this is a repeat, I've never seen it, so thanks for posting it ❤
As a Canadian, I can say that the baby walker one is true.
We don't pride ourselves on being polite. It's everyone else that says we're polite.
We can send Memes in Australia, we just can't MAKE them 😂

Canadian here.... BABY WALKERS ARE NOT BANNED and never have been
Peobably means one part of Canada

I'm Australian and I've broken the meme law soooooooo many times
