- @RetiredTranquilinThailand This week ( 7 to 14 July 24) saw the finishing of most of the block/brick wall work along with completing most of the roof steel & installing the roof purlins. There were a couple of problems found & rectified or solutions found. A fair bit of wet weather also, but it didn't impact the building too much. Join me to see what the build team achieved.
Thank you for the detailed postings you have made so far... I am using them to educate myself more on the process of a build we start next month.. (Nakhon Sawan) Your videos are helping ease my anxiety because, while I understand the crews we hired know their business, it's nice to see your posted examples and also the comments that offer additional suggestions. @@blubruz hello & thanks gor the feedback - glad the videos are useful. I enjoyed others build videos as well to learn about the practises & challenges. One thing for sure is too know your blueprints and monitor the build reqularly - to spot any issues that can be discussed with the builder in a timely manner. Cheers
Hello, I just found your channel and have watched all your videos liked and subscribed. Your explanations of your build is very good. It appears you have a good builder plus it is good you are able to identify any build plan errors quickly. I like all the balconies with the roof over hangs great design. Thank you both for sharing your home build.
