Manual Induction Sealer
Next Packaging's top-quality Induction sealers are used to seal the mouth of containers like plastic bottle caps with food grade aluminium foils. From Ghee, Butter plastic containers to Pharma Tablet Bottles, this machine meets the requirements exceptionally well.
The manual Induction sealer makes the bottles leak-proof & tamper-evident and extends shelf life apart from keeping the products fresh. Able to seal caps having diameter up to 130mm, these Induction sealers are widely acknowledged for their unmatched efficiency in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Lubricant, Cosmetic and Food industries, meeting low to medium production environments like in case of early-age start-ups.
The portable and Hand-held electromagnetic induction sealing machine uses electromagnetic induction heating principle to produce instant high heat to adhere the melted aluminium foil sheet to the bunghole of a bottle.
The sealing material of the container may be
• Polyethylene (PE)
• Polypropylene (PP)
• Polyester (PET)
• Polystyrene (PS) or ABS
• Glass Containers (like Honey Jars, Coffee Jars)
In case of glass containers, we also offer customised special wads for sealing such types.
Working:
The operator has to manually place the wads into the caps and seal them onto the bottle. Then after adjusting the timer for sealing, the user has to hold the capper over the bottle or jar to get it sealed 100% accurately. The main advantage of this machine is that there is NO SURFACE HEAT for sealing the caps. After opening the container, the cardboard or EPE foam backing separates from the aluminium foil and remains in the lid. The aluminium foil prevents tampering and the backing provides an excellent secondary sealing.
