FSSAI published the new labeling and display regulations. These regulations set out the labeling necessities for pre-packaged foods and show the information required at several premises where the food is prepared, processed, and stored. In this video, we mentioned the norms of these food packaging guidelines, such as the list of ingredients, nutritional information, net quantity, batch/code number, manufacturing date, expiry date, declaration of veg or non-veg, and many more. But if you have new startup from home who is your buyer? Shops? Friends relatives? In shops they want nutritional value chart otherwise no need if homebased but fassai licence is complusory for food bussiness @@Booster0808

If a person is repacking the item and selling in the market, can I replaced the outer with my company box mentioning as repacked by his company name and marketed by my company name ??
U cant Resell products as they are end user products. You can go for third party manufacturing for this . I mean u just nead Approval of third party to do the same its called contract manufacturing. You can't sell directly taking products available in the market.
