“A moving meditation with a spontaneous rhythm that is uniquely your own.”

I love that Roy describes it as a ‘moving meditation’. That’s exactly what BJJ is, at least in a casual roll.

"stay focused, don't obscure the truth with your words, point to it" ... as circumstances make me a temporary teacher and I question my own understanding of things, this is a great lesson.

    Sir
Thank you for sharing this video with us.有段者(Yu Dan Sha) or Black Belt practitioner is someone who is on the Path (道) of the Martial Way(武道), which in Japanese is called 武道 or Budo. 武(ぶ)BU:meaning martial and 道(どう)DO:meaning Path or Way.In Budo the overall goal is beyond 技(わざ) or technique it is 心身 or the unification of mind, body and soul. Helping a person to find balance in their lives through the Martial Way or 武道. Osu

love this. It sums up all martial arts be it jujutsu, tai chi, karate, aiki jutsu or whatever. It is Tao. It is about adapting flowing and exploring whats out there. be it on the mat, the street, or your own life. evolve, grow, learn, flow, integrate, and enjoy. I have so much respect for a follow person on the journey.
