Mr Roy Dean has such fluid movement it mad to think last i know of he is 2ed degree blackbelt you would think it was much higher. and he talk so with so mach manners. he is some one all martial artist should look up 2

Im a blue belt hoping to get my purple this year... I just purchased Roy Deans Brown requirements... nice clear techniques good dvd looking forward to shocking a few purple belts on the mats real soon ;)

The 'Nilla Gorilla yes purple belt now bro , and yes the DVDs are all very good, very very clear demonstrations, definitely worth getting , never a bad thing to have a few sweeps and submissions you can go over at home on DVD ;-) keep rolling ;)

After watching Ben Henderson, who just got his BJJ black belt in June, gets submitted by a non-ranked(maybe white belt) BJJ trained MMA dude, I need to know!
Our school is very slow paced as well they way I see it is when you get your blue belt you can be sure that you damn well earned your belt keep rolling brotha
