A Tale of Good Vs Evil | David Vs Goliath

The story is about the battle between the Israelites and the Philistines. Goliath was the Philistines Warrior. David was a young boy, the youngest of eight sons of Jesse. David was the Shepherd and he was furious that no one has stood forward when he gets to the battlefield and hears Goliath's challenge. David offers to take on Goliath despite his inexperience in warfare and youth. Reluctantly, King Saul offers David his armor, but David turns him down, preferring to use his sling and five smooth stones from a brook to take on the Goliath. David takes on Goliath, with just a sling and few stones. When Goliath makes fun of him, David answers boldly, saying that he is here in the name of the Lord. The Israelites chase the fleeing Philistines, winning a significant victory as they do so. David becomes well-known after his victory against Goliath, which ultimately results in his ascent to the throne of Israel.
