Oxygen Concentrator should be set at the flow indicated on the RX their doctor prescribed.

What if the patient needs more than 3L of O2? Can the tank still be filled?

You simply cannot fill the tank and use the concentrator at the same time above 3lpm. If you needs are greater, you must use an Invacare 10lpm machine which allows for filling while using the concentrator at 5lpm.

It will not. Homefill Compressor requires the concentrator to function properly.
