Thank you very much for this video. My tank refused to fill. I followed your steps, and now it is attempting to fill. Swapping between "Below Normal and Filling. "
is it ok to leave the canula and hose on the concentrator while bottles are being filled by the homeFill II compressor? air flow is present in the canula. The patient is not needing to use oxygen while the tanks are being filled.
Hi there, thank you for the information. I have an Invacare Homefill II and its not refilling the the tank on top, any suggestions? Thank you! I am located in Phoenix, Arizona
I can’t get the tank fuller to turn on. I’ve checked..it’s plugged in, the coil is connect to both the homefill and the concentrator, and the tank is attached correctly. Is it just dead, or is there a trick to get it to turn on?
Thank you sir for showing me this because I was lost and I have panic attacks and I was always going to the hospital because I didn't have enough oxygen I'm level 5 and I have lung cancer stage 4

My homefill 2 keeps switching back and fourth to filling then below normal, and back again....we have the biggest tank, is it normal to be switching back and fourth regularly? And sometimes not filling at all...trouble shooting was only unclip fill line from bottom and reclip it back in then do the same with top...help please Thank you
What if the pump doesn't move from the orange light to the green filling light? I'm trying to fix that issue as Im writing this message...If u have an idea please respond I sure would appreciate it a lot...Thanks so much...
I hope u still answer Here. My grandma has one but when we try to fill a tank, it does not fill continuosly, it changes from o2 below normal to fill and back over and over again, does it need any maintainance?
Possible the bottom machine is not at correct % and also make sure ur flow gauge is set between 2litres per min and 3 litre per min. If the bottom machine is not above 93% the home fill system may not work. The switching of the homefill top is because there is a problem with bottom machine 9 times outta 10
you can use it without the humidifier bottle..however it the 02 dries out the patients nose area you may wanna consider using it..and only distilled water...regular water and the usual deer park bottled water will not do.. the waters calcium build up will plug up the very small prepunched hole in the stem that's in the cap
I need help, my Dad has a homefill system from Aerocare.. They recently replaced the bottom oxygen concentrator for a quieter one.. We are on our second top piece that fills. Its not doing anything, I have checked the clear hose that runs from concentrator to the filler and nothing comes out. No air do I feel.. Not sure what's happening but no tanks are filling.. The light indicates they are forever eternally filling filling filling, they never get to full... Not even after 24 hours, Please help !!
I have a bigger 3 foot tall tank could you tell me how to fill this tank? It doesn't have have a stem on the top of the tank.we have the home condenser..don't know why they sent the tank unless I am over looking something.thank you
The 3 foot cylinder you have is called a pre filled cylinder. These can not be filled using the home fill system. Your oxygen provider has to replace this type of cylinder.
generally speaking the 3 ft tank is used as a back up tank in case of emergency i.e. power going out or traveling to the store etc. that is an E tank and is generally filled by your Dme company or is just switched out.. Only the home fill smaller tanks can be filled by the home fill unit
This guy is a saint for going so slow for us common folk who are trying to figure this out at home! It worked. Thank you! Thank you!!
Thank you. I look to videos like these for reference sometimes for small details that I need (like to make sure tank valve is closed).

if you have a 5 liter concentrator you my want to contact your DME provider and request a 10 liter concentrator
Do you HAVE to change the tank out every 2 1/2 - 3 hours when it says full or can you leave it on full for a couple more hours?
Thank you for the refresher course 👍🏿

If its the e tank that's about 3 foot tall I do not believe you can refill that you have to send back with your other empties
