The woman next to me was genuinely terrified & used her screams to distract herself throughout the ride. I’m not picky at all, and understand we’re all different. So.. “She’s a screamer!”
So what did you think of Iron Menace?
@@dillonc93 For a ride: It’s built beautifully, has a very good layout, & delivers on what it does. For Dorney: It’s perfect since it’ll bring the crowds in, pave the way for the next attraction, & it’s reliable
Sometimes I ride strictly for scream therapy. It's a safe space to scream out all the gunk rolled up inside your heart and mind.
@@SANITIZEDINC i wanna say that is nuts. but i think you are right lol. i use metal music in my case. not sure if it is beneficial but i love it hahaha. even on a fun ride that isnt scary it os fun to just yell.

Always great to see a theme park get a B&M coaster of any type. B&M coasters are renowned for their quality.

Ride seemed a little short. Think they could’ve added a things to it.
There’s hardly any space to add more, this replaced stinger which was also a very short ride
Yeah I noticed that to the ride was way shorter compared to the other rollercoasters 🎢 at Dorney Park.

Even though i missed out on Ride for a Cause and Media Day, that just makes Passholder Preview Days (April 27-28th) become much more exciting.

She's like a car alarm, all of sudden after the last roll it's like someone unlocked her so the alarm just went off 😂
What exactly is going on at 1:17? The track looks smooth, but then there are these back-to-back lateral jolts that seem to shake riders around. Is it a pothole? Or is th train just traversing it poorly?
Fortunately it's on the farthest end of the layout and it is pretty close to the ground. I'd like to think that if it becomes a problem, and given that the P.R. spokesperson says that B&M's relationship with the park is very good, I wouldn't be shocked that if it becomes a problem, B&M would just replace the piece, just like they did with Fury's support column.
Haven’t had a chance to ride this one yet, but I can’t wait!
Rode it today, I think its a great addition! I like it better than Hydra and probably as much as Talon but it may slide in front of it with some more rides. Steel Force is still my favorite in the park.
I think Dorney did a great job with the theming of the whole area too. It looks cool and there's so many more people back there once again. It was seriously depressing back there for years. I would still really like to see a new wood coaster installed at the park in the future.
Jesus Christ, I understand being scared on coasters but this girl is just nonstop belting...like it completely ruins the video. Not your fault at all but sheesh.

I rode this yesterday for the first time 2x it was awesome and very fun!!! Thanks to the iron menace it made me loose my fear of roller coasters :)

Looks like a really fun ride with great pacing, i can’t say much because I haven’t ridden a B&M dive yet but based on POV’s and reviews I feel like the smaller scale ones ironically look more thrilling
Side note but how bad does that jolt right before the brakerun feel? Looks pretty rough from the video, hopefully it won’t cause much issue for the park

Not that picky. I expect a big ass ride to have a jolt here and there. It’s also train dependent as well.

Oooooook! Finally got on it today. I wanted to ride it before commenting on anything. So today I got in 3 rides, frount, middle and back. It's a decent ride for sure. Got some good Gs. It's on the smaller size but it packs a decent puch. But again they didn't have alot of room to work with. I really really like the new themeing 8n that section of the park now. The steam punk industrial theme. I think they should rebrand Possessed to something more geared towards the steam punk theme so it can go with the Ambience of Steel Yard. Like redo the station and inclose the launch section. That be cool. But for Iron Menece, it's a great ride overall 👍 👌

There was a media day for press only and then an Eagles charity event. I believe pass holder preview days are the next two weekends.

I’ve never screamed so hard on a roller coaster. Now I live in pa so this probably is one of the scariest coasters around. It was awesome though.

I CANNOT tolerate that type of obnoxious screaming. That is so messed up. This is why it’s better being at parks when there’s more enthusiasts instead of the GP.
I’ll take GP over enthusiasts. More things to talk about besides roller coasters, & I get a better perspective on what they think of the park.
It's not messed up or obnoxious at all, it's literally just a natural human reaction to being on a roller coaster.

That’s because it’s half the size. I will say it’s the 3rd best dive in the western hemisphere behind Yukon Striker & Griffon!
