- Day 2: • Underrated Coasters in...
Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom is a theme park and water park located in Allentown Pennsylvania, about 1 hour and 15 minutes away from Hershey park. It's a pretty park with some fun rides, but it has its problems! Hopefully this video can show you what to expect at Dorney Park.

It's really bad there now. Haunt crowd is no better. In all honesty, when they introduced the cheap "Silver Pass", it drew in the worst of New York, New Jersey and Philly. The ones that left Six Flags Great Adventure or can't afford Hershey Park. They're slowly turning Dorney into Clemonton Park. They may need to raise the prices to raise the class of the patrons.😢
I will never leave hersheypark but i so wanna check this out
same
Guests make being a ride op here, such a pain. But operating possessed and steel force is still a joy, and I am glad you enjoyed both of them.
It definitely seemed like y’all were trying your best to put up with it!
Cool video as always. Sounds like a very rowdy crowd that day lol, definitely trashy behavior, very fascinating.
One episode of The Office I always wished happened but never did was Dunder Mifflin going on an excursion to Dorney Park. I would love to see Dwight and Jim work in tandem against the line Jumpers and see Angela judge them harshly.
I could also see Meridith as the boob-flopper and see Stanley just laugh and shake his head at all the people walking out of a coaster line.
Have a good one man.
I can totally see that 😂
You added a lot of context to Dorney Park that others haven’t covered, thanks for that.
Sorry to hear about people being people and doing people things. They can really sour an experience. Since most regional parks are weekends only now, this is the season I go the least. More people doing people-y things 😒
My boob fell out of the coaster once. Ride operator says i cant retrieve it :(
That is very common at some amusement parks nowadays but Dorney Park seems to attract people like that for some reason.
That shot at 3:44 is awesome!
Thanks, lucky timing!
Since Dorney is my home Cedar Fair park and have been to it many times in the past and believe it or not my last visit there was back in 2016. And by all the things that you mentioned in your rant I can definitely say that the guests behavior was probably better back then, and better what it probably is now.
What do you think was the average wait time when you went? I'm going in a couple days and I'm still planning what roller coasters to go on at what time.
I actually thought it had the best operations in the chain after kings island
They just got a new rollercoaster this year
Dorney Park doesn't have a internal cop car the Safety vehicle is a First Aid ambulance.
The Park is located in Allentown Pennsylvania There not a soul on this planet that wants to visit allentown unless for family reasons. I always wished dorney would be as big as Hershey, but then I realized where dorney is located....
Ugh! I have zero patience for trashy guests at parks. Ur comments make me never want to visit here
Going in the middle of the day for 3 seperate trips I have never seen this....
I normally just jump people jumping. What they are going to say, if someone else speaks up, I tell them I ll go back if they harass the other people that jumped first.
You should call the NAACP and complain.
I went to Dorney twice - once in 1995, and again in 2014 and enjoyed myself (loved Steel Force especially) - but "scream if you're homophobic"??!! Are you kidding me?!? Theme parks are built around everyone experiencing joy and unleashing our inner kid. That's just so awful to hear.
