Some of those drinks I have never heard of before here in Ontario, Canada ? I think the British Tim Hortons has added more to its menu to offer to its customers with a variety of drinks to choose from. ❤ God bless you both 🙏 Cheers 🍻 😊
How do we Canadians not even have the burger and fries option?! lol (From Toronto) 🤣 I'm very pleased that you guys liked it here. Would love to visit the UK at some point.
Oh i thought you could get the burgers? How weird that we get them and you don't?! Do you still do the hot breakfast burgers/muffins? Maybe that's what we remember. Hope you can visit the UK soon!
Some time other countries put There own spin on restaurants just like McDonald’s ever country has something different drinks or sandwiches or even other types of food alway cool too see the differences
LOL No worries, Kate, there’s so many things to remember about our slang terms. Yes, lattice is a cute name for it. Who knows? Maybe you will have started a new trend with lattice fries. 😘
In Ontario 🇨🇦 we don't have half of those items! We were very intrigued! Def try a French vanilla...its a little sweet (for me) and I love a honey crueller (tractor tire here in farmland) or a Boston cream/apple fritter or sour cream glazed....so yummy!!!
I will say I have seen another video of people in the UK trying Tims and it was quite a bit different but you guys have been here and know how it is/was a few years ago when you were here. Looking forward to watching this video!
What did they think to Tim hortons? It would be interesting to see their point of view! Yeah it was awesome getting to compare knowing what Tim's is really like in Canada!
There's so many things on menus in Tim Horton's locations around the world that just aren't available in Canada. Which is really weird because you'd think they'd test drive these in Canadian locations first before test driving them in other locations around the world.
There's a lot on the UK menu that simply doesn't exist on the Canadian one, increasingly it feels like we're getting the short end of the stick. Vancouver Timmies don't even have lattice fries or a hot dog.
Making me hungry with all them doughnuts. Coffee great just whish they had more doughnuts and forget there New Menu ! I remember in the 70s when they had doughnuts .😉 🇨🇦 The Menu does look a little different in UK 🇬🇧.

I don’t have time to watch through the whole video right now, but I need to get something off my chest: the UK seriously underestimates how much cream and sugar goes in a double-double. I feel like you’d have to get a triple-triple in the UK to come close to what a Canadian double-double actually tastes like. The UK has a significantly better selection of snacks, though. 👏🏻
I wish we tried a double-double when we were in Canada. I didn't realise what it was until we had left and people were messaging their orders and so many said double-double!! Maybe we can ask for a triple-triple here!!
It’s too bad you couldn’t have tried Tim Hortons when it was good. They used to make their doughnuts in house. The soup and sandwiches were awesome. Everything comes frozen now and warmed up.
Ah that's such a shame they no longer make their doughnuts in house. It really does make a difference doesn't it! Mmm soup and sandwich sounds great! We don't get that option over here
I love that you guys have Tim Horton's. I remember your trip here to Toronto, you should come back and i'll take your around and we can try everything Toronto has to offer.
I live in 🇨🇦 and that menu is definitely quite different! I felt like I barely recognized anything until you got to the drinks 😅. I wish we had that vegetarian selection here though for sure; ours is lacking in comparison!
No way!! We just assumed it was the same as we hadn't been to a Tim's for a while!! That's pretty cool they have brought out some new items for us over here! Hopefully you guys can get some more veggie items soon! What i wish we did get here though is the veggie breakfast sausage muffin! That was so good when we had it in Toronto!

Hi guys! Vancouver here and a Tim’s fan. In all of the Try channels that review Tim Horton’s have never tried my favourite doughnut. Please try the French Cruller. Hmm! I think I am making a Timmie’s run! ❤️🇨🇦
Ahh we filmed the part two on the same day but if we go back again we will be sure to try the French Cruller doughnut!! I think we tried the honey cruller when we were in Toronto on our channel! Is it kind of the same? Hope you enjoy your Timmie's run!! ♥️
We didn't even think about menu differences as it had been a while since we had been to the one in Toronto! That's cool we have some different items. Hopefully they bring in some more of the items you get though!
@ThisWithThem I doubt it because that's the appeal imo. If you go to different fast food places in different countries, you'll find items that aren't on the menu if compared to your own country or things are prepared differently. So, I highly doubt we will ever have hot dogs or burgers. Here, they're known for sandwiches and wraps and salads. I guess. They have some crispy chicken sandwiches, but that's it. They used to have vegan options for breakfast, idk if they still have them.
I prefer to eat in! During Covid, my McDonald’s ( about a 15 minute walk away) only did take away, and everything was always cold by the time I got my orde4 and got home
From where I'm from which is BC Canada, the instant Timmies in that small container is only 9-10 bucks here. Why it's 12 bucks there? So expensive for a small Timmies. 6.99 pounds is 12 and some change Canadian. Also when did Timmies start doing burgers, hotdogs and all that stuff, what the heck?
Yeah we were just meaning a classic grilled cheese though from the fast food places like McDonald's and Burger King etc. I LOVE our coffee shop toasties though!
I keep a small cooler in my car. If I’m out and about and need lunch or dinner and am on the way home, I will sometimes get takeout or fast food and throw in the cooler to keep warm(er) before I get home to eat.
Aw this was lovely that it brought back happy nostalgic memories for you. Love that 😊😊 Have visited the one in Oxford Rd Manchester several times over the last few years, most often for a quick breakfast option. I have to be honest I kind of want to like it more but I don't have any of the nostalgia and memories to associate with it so for me just very average fast food and as I don't like doughnuts they didn't win me over either...but I will take the blame for that and it's obviously no shade on the doughnuts 😁
Yeah it's crazy how food and smells can bring you back to somewhere and give you those nostalgic feels isn't it! It would be interesting to hear how the meat is. Was the meat a little dry? The frozen drink and fries were my faves. I still feel like we would head to another chain for a burger first but it was great to bring back those memories! Thank you so much for watching Helen!
I've never tried Tim Horton's since there's none around me. I am one of those people who don't eat in their car. I'll eat at the restaurant or take it home. Nothing beats a good grilled cheese but nothing beats homemade at home cooked in a frying pan loaded with butter.😊 have a good one.
Yeah we would much prefer either eat in or takeaway and have it at home too! You are so right! That is 100% the BEST way to enjoy a grilled cheese. Only really started doing my grilled cheeses like that for a couple years. Made such a difference! And with a bowl of soup.... 😍 Incredible!!
In the U.S., we can get a grilled cheese at Dunkin Donuts, but the bread is not toasted enough and the cheese isn't gooey enough. It's not a proper grilled cheese!
Canada is only a few hours away by car yet we don’t have any Tim’s. How odd! I want to try it. I’m a total coffee snob. I wouldn’t even smell McD’s coffee let alone drink it!
Funny that you're a few hours away and don't have Tim's but they've expanded to the UK?! Maybe they want you to head into Canada? Haha which coffee brand is your go to then?
There are more products on the Tim’s Menu there than I’ve ever seen here but they do seem to product according to the type of customer they get. They try new products on a test basis frequently and some things are seasonal . They have lots of items I like but I just can’t handle the coffee anymore. Years of night shift fuelled by Tim’s coffee just put me off once Starbucks arrived. 🙋🏼♀️
I was wondering if it's to do with how they have chosen to market it over here. Maybe they felt they needed to come across as more of a fast food chain that a coffee place with doughnuts and some hot food options?!
Try the chili! One of the things i will still eat at Tims. Their hot foods are better then their donuts or Timbits. How come you never tried their muffins? They are pretty good depending on which one you choosr.NEVER eat their steak anything. It is nasty and dry from the moment it is put out!

I like the strawberry vanilla doughnut you were pointing out, Kate. But the BEST to me are the Canadian maple (like a Boston Cream only with maple icing) and the Cruller. The apple fritters used to be good.. now here in Canada they seem to have a glob of filling like an apple pie in the middle. I hadn’t had one for years and was so disappointed. I love the original iced capp as well… the other ones are too fancy and sweet. Nothing like an iced capp on a hot day! Cheers from Calgary! ❤️🍁❤️
The Tim's beside me in Toronto has gone downhill. Lack of donut variety, burnt stale cofee, poor attitude and laziness of the staff made me stop going to Tim's altogether and made me goto Krispy Kreme. It's an independantly owned Tim's franchise and not a corporate store. Sad really but i'd rather spend a bit more and get a better donut than goto a Tims that doesn't care.
tims used to have very interesting coffee, it STANK of fresh tobacco, it was lovely, even if you didn't smoke, the coffee was great, now... mcdonalds easily competes... often for less.
I live in Canada and Tim Horton's sucks. When I was growing up they used to make the donuts fresh in the shops. Now they are made in a factory, frozen and shipped to the stores. I can remember when timbits just came out and they were 69 cents for 30 pack. That same 30 pack is probably cost $10.. Also they used to use a coffee by Mother Parkers. They switched and started making their own coffee which is disgusting. If you want the original coffee goto McDonalds.. Once they were purchased by Wendy's they started make other food other than donuts and it went down hill from there.
So jealous of your Tim Hortons. We have very uncomfortable seating, maybe half that menu and no burgers, hotdogs, chicken, shakes, icy cola drinks, and more. We also have wedges instead of the lattice fries. When I get an iced capp, I ask them to make it with chocolate milk instead of cream. It gives you more chocolate flavour plus less fat. When I worked at Tim Hortons 23 years ago the cream used in the iced capps was 18% bf whereas the chocolate milk was only 4%. Not sure what they are now though. I know they stopped using real whipped cream that's for sure. I recently got a cold latte and it had an oily slick on top from the oil based "whipped cream" they used....it was gross. Did you know that "American cheese" is technically Canadian too?? LOL It was invented by a natural born Canadian who moved to the US. LOL In Canada we just call it Kraft Singles. 😁
It's so good isn't it! They've really done a good job with these new Tim stores here. Ahh no that's such a shame. Wonder why you get wedges and not lattice fries. That's such a good idea to ask for chocolate milk instead. That sounds delicious. Haha how funny, we never knew that. We've always just heard it be called American cheese so I guess that just stuck. Funny how you guys call it Kraft Singles! I like that. Do you even call it that when it's not the brand Kraft?
@@ThisWithThem We usually only buy Kraft but looking online a lot of other brands just called them slices in one form or another... "thin slices", "cheese slices"
Went to the new Tim Hortons in Chester. Had a double cheeseburgee, was revolting ( mush ), there was a monday offer on small large coffee for the price of a small, was weak and tasteless ( Americano ), think they put a small coffee in a large cup then fill it up with water! First and last visit, know the score, there a franchise, whoever runs this one is grabbing money and not giving the product. GASTLY!
Sorry to burst your happy bubble of Tim Hortons, there is nothing Canadian anymore except for the name only. The main corporation is owned by Brazilian company that bought out KFC,Burger King , Tim Hortons and other fast food chains in North America. Tim Hortons stinks , sucks, over priced menu items, coffee is not good at all, it was made by Parker’s coffee roasters that made it famous , dropped it to a cheaper tasting coffee. Original Tim’s is now available at Mc Donald’s restaurant. Running the restaurant is all Indian 🇮🇳employees that don’t speak English very well (Quebec is all French speaking residents) orders are screwed up, very skimpy on food and hygiene is very poor where health inspectors have to shut it done, removed dine I in ceramic mugs etc.. l know I’m Canadian for 52 years. Also I was in Scotland 🏴 in Glasgow and they had a Tim’s and I tried for shits and giggles and the coffee was still crap. That my honest opinion. Don’t be fooled about how Tim Hortons is Canadian
Some of those drinks I have never heard of before here in Ontario, Canada ? I think the British Tim Hortons has added more to its menu to offer to its customers with a variety of drinks to choose from. ❤ God bless you both 🙏 Cheers 🍻 😊

It's an independantly owned Tim's franchise and not a corporate store. Sad really but i'd rather spend a bit more and get a better donut than goto a Tims that doesn't care.
They won’t last with those prices.
FYI no one calls it Tim's, it's known as Timmy's 😂
tims used to have very interesting coffee, it STANK of fresh tobacco, it was lovely, even if you didn't smoke, the coffee was great, now... mcdonalds easily competes... often for less.
Hi Kate and Alex 🍔🍟🍩
Hi Little Debbie 🍊🍫
Hi Penny 🐾🐶😮😮
Hey Helena!! Hope you're doing well!! 🥰♥️
"thin slices", "cheese slices"
the hot dog was microwaved and was no different from a 1 pound hotdog sold in jars at asda, never going there again..
Boycott Singh Hortons
Extremely overpriced
o.o
It’s crap here tried it once, never again
Tim Hortons is the absolute worse coffee in the entire world, totally ban it all over the world, I London Ont Canada we have over 50 Tims
TIMIS ALL JUNK FOOD ONLY 1 COFFEE IS OK.
As a Canadian I can honestly say that Tim Horton's is disgusting.
