Hey Mads, I will agree with you on that, the Gorgon is a fantastic monster truck. I really think 4s is the way to go with this platform (2wd) all the power in the rear, you really have to control this little monster. I really was surprised that it did a backflip off the little hill and landed a few of them😯😯😂😂😂. Thanks for stopping by to watch and for the wonderful comment. Take care and best wishes to you my friend.
Hey MechanicallyFun, I wanted to see for myself if it could handle a 4s system with it's stock gearing, WHOA!!! I am impressed. Thanks for stopping by to watch the video and for the great comment. Take care and stay safe out there.
Hello Surfside75, thanks for stopping by to watch the video and for leaving a comment, I really appreciate it. It has some weight to it, just the right amount to be nibble. Take care and stay safe out there.
Thanks Trey, appreciate you watching the video and for leaving a comment. It's a blast I really didn't know how much fun a 2wd drive from Arrma could be. Best wishes to you and the family
Hey G9RCCar, thanks for that awesome comment, and thanks for watching the video, it was a blast to take it from a 2/3s platform and put a 4s system in it. WOKE IT UP!!! Take care and stay safe out there.
Hello Dirk, I new it would be a little difficult to keep it on the ground, but it was not that bad, on the initial throttle yes but after it gets going you can manage it very well. It was a blast to drive, my first 2wd from Arrma and I think it will not be my last. Take care and best wishes to you and the family.
Great results Al! I’m taking mine to work today to let one of the guys try it, (he’s interested to possibly get into the hobby). I may need to go brushless on mine this winter!👍😊
Hi Jeremy, that's awesome that you have a person at work who might be interested in getting into the hobby. I think he may like the Gorgon, durable, light weight and a blast. Going brushless is good for this platform and you don't have to change out the gearing unless you want to. Take care and best wishes to you and the family.
Hey G.B. thank you for the wonderful comment, I really enjoy walking out of my house and just rip a few RCs in the backyard. The track is going to get a makeover next year. now I have a few RC that are track vehicles and want to get better running on a track with a couple of jumps (not big). Thanks for watching my friend, take care and stay safe over there.
Oh man! You turned it into a real ripper!!! It was flying out there and I was really surprised at the backflips!!! What wheels and tries are you running on it? I would like to get another pair for mine and those looked perfect for it! I enjoyed watching you having some fun out there and boy what a little beast it is!!!
Hi Addam, yeah the 4s system is all I had to change it up. I was really surprised that it did a backflip off the hill😯😯😯😯🤣🤣I put the Upgrade RC (The Claw) on the Gorgon, has great grip on all surface. The new body will get the E600 and dry wall tape. I didn't change any of the gearing it's still stock, I really didn't expect it to perform like it did💯💯💯👍Thanks for watching and for the great comment. Take care and best wishes to you and the family.
Hey Al, another great Arrma to your collection. What do you think of the monocoque design? Looks terrific out on your open space and track 😊😊loved watching the Gorgon being given the Al treatment. Best wishes to you and the family 🖐️😉😎
Hello John, yes another Arrma for the collection, my first two wheel drive from Arrma, I wasn't going to get it but I thought my grandson would like it, instead he likes the Vortex that he runs when we have family day. So I jut stuck a 4s system in it and I am having a blast with it. I like the design if and when I get a new body I think I might make the main color gun metal with some black in it. If it handles the SpareTime beat down it can handle anything😂😂😂💯💯💯💯💯💯👍Thanks for watching and for the awesome comment as usual, take care and best wishes to you and the family as well.
Hello Matthewraurig, they are the UpGrade RC (The Claw) made by Amain Hobby. Thanks for stopping by and watching the video. I really appreciate it. Take care and stay safe.
Yeah, Al, this is great! The Gorgon is a fantastic truck, and you managed to make it even more awesome! Backflips with a 2wd, that's crazy, man.
