Fun Ballistic tip: if you pop Ult with a slinged Rampage, it automatically charges it even if you have no thermite in your inventory.
Fun Ballistic counter: if your pinned by a whistler and have a Mirage on your team, sending a decoy into the whistler radius will knock it down

I would disagree with the sling upgrade, if you have your sling weapon as the same ammo type as one of your other two weapons then you just get a free purple gun with hop ups

I love Jankz and his videos but as someone who has mained ballistic since he came out I have to disagree with his opinion on the new perk. I think one of the biggest mistake that most new ballistic mains make is underestimating his passive, having a third weapon is SOOOOO much better than people think and the new perk makes it even better, especially earlier on where a blue gun might be better than the loot you actually have. Love your content though Jankz keep up the great work!!!

Ever have to decide between long and mid range weapons to go with your short range? The sling perk now allows you to choose all three because the sling levels up. It also expands his powers because the sling upgrading gives it a reason to stack extra ammo and be useful anytime. Before the perk I just used it for the ult.
Only Ballistic mains can truly appreciate the perk.
Good point about sling but the whole point of it is to have hammers on guns once you have lvl 3 so you can use whenever instead of just when you pop ult

I kinda like the new perk for ranked I’ll run something like r 301 sentinel and a alternator and even without my ult I have a solid backup weapon other than a sniper

I think one of the tricks to playing ballistic is to have a good sling weapon. For example if you're in a sticky situation but you have a rampage LMG as your sling you'll get a powerful thermited version of it thats OP whenever you pop your ult (: can be a big help
RE45 > Mozambique for sling weapon. The movement of the ult + pistol strafe speed + having a spray weapon = GOAT

Jankz the big use for the new buff for the slang-wopen is to run duoble gun withe the same ammo typ for exam ( havoc & volte ) or ( r301 & alty ) in that case u will get the benfets for the perk.
Idk if you’re hurting for loot a blue or purple havoc/volt in the sling is pretty sweet. Really good after a respawn too

As always Jankz is the Goat. But I would like to ask if you ever played solos and found two players working together. I ran into a rev and lifeline fighting along side each other and that was how I died in one engagement. Has that ever happened to you or anyone?

Can't agree with the Sling-Shot perk take; I love having the option to carry a sniper, AR, SMG and not be missing anything. Also having a shotgun with SMG and a Marksman is nice. You can also get the disrupter shots on Mozam and Alt on purple armor so you never need to find the hop-up again.

The beauty in ballistic is that u can cover all ranges in any and all gun fights use ur sling weapon ...for example sling a re with the purple shields and the slingshot perk and u get hammers for free ..the car smg is a gun that ballistic himself made this gun makes his kit better think about this loadiut slinges alti for mid to close range car smg secondary for close range (thats two spam weapons) and run any light or heavy lmg ar or marksman ...there is so much potential in ballistic if u use him right and now they done gave him movement outside of his ult n also his ult is god teir

Slingshot perk is the best, as it makes re45 have hammers. Not sure if that’s a bug or not, but it’s amazing if you love the hammer re45 like me.
In that last game, all I hear and see is "they're dropping!" That team got put down like a bad habit. Insert the meme that Moose uses "Know your place, trash" (no offense to the people that pushed, they had a good idea, but they did throw the game just to kill you guys)

What I do with ballistic and once I get to level 2 i choose the sling shot perk and use that as main weapon and run a shotgon/sniper and an smg he makes it easier to carry ammo around because of the extra capacity

Nah, Zeus was running some slingshot the other day with p2020 in the sling. It makes Purple armor grant guaranteed hammerpoints regardless of ult. Much more useful than the smart bullet lasting longer if it misses the enemy.
