How to safely remove a small patch of poisonous hemlock

I have a 3acre property and it has poison hemlock on a good portion of it. You have to dig out the tap root without breaking it to get it fully removed

With the cost of feed rising, I think more people are going to start resorting back to “grass fed.” That’s ok with us tho! 😁 Our animals seem much happier with fresh food rather than the store bought grain anyways.

Poison hemlock has a taproot. You have to take a shovel and dig down to the bottom of the root. just pulling out what's above the surface isn't going to kill the plant.
