in eddition,pov drive is the best method of video test of vehicle.
One major issue that everyone seems to miss including VW conveniently, is that the T cross only has 40 litre fuel tank capacity. That's a smaller tank than some smaller cars. Meaning filling up more often and less range of miles. It's a major flaw and vw doesn't even mention it on its brochure.
yes it is small but i dont think its an issue comparing the fuel tank with the size of engine

Hello Johan, first i want to say that i really enjoy your POV drives. I am about to buy this car and i am a total noob when it comes to cars. I am wondering if this engine(1.0 tsi) is too small? I intend to keep this car for years and i am afraid it will break down after 100 000km+. Thanks:)

Andreas Vesalius you ain’t gunna do 100k miles on that.
I own a 2016 Ford Kuga for me, my wife and 2 kids. My wife normally drives her 2018 VW Polo GTI because that’s her daily. The kuga is my daily and I drive 5 miles to the staition and back and do about 70 miles a week on average.
Volkswagens are very reliable cars so it probably won’t brake down by 100k
It’s not about the Cylinders or the size of the engine, it’s if the car is reliable or not. If it does break down in 3-4 years with warranty, (it happened to me with my old LR Freelander (62 reg) ) they will most likely - depending on the dealer - replace or fix the engine for free or very little costs or even give you a new car or a rental for a while.
3 years time isn’t that long in terms of keeping a car so you shouldn’t need to worry.
