NICE home! I like the layout, the windows in the kitchen and living room! I would change the island, I'm a symmetry type person, I would run it the length of the kitchen that way no food or drink gets on the carpet. Nice tour!
Wow, beautiful home! That pantry!! 💯💯 I think the only 2 things I would change is the bar would be scrapped and an island be there instead, and the utility room would be arranged better(that cabinet between the machines and the bench gone) so a deep freezer can be there instead. The price is actually right on, and very expected for this beauty.
I really like this entryway.Looks very inviting when you see the living room while entering the home. I have this one saved. Your first video tour. only thing that I would change is the heat and cool vents I like them in the ceiling where you can place the furniture better. The other had a fireplace. Which I love also. You found a storage room in the other. But I do love kit homes . I would put my 9 ft Christmas 🎄 in that beautiful big window.
Thanks for showing this beautiful home. No carpet and don't have any use for the master bath tub, would prefer a cushioned seat and possibly longer vanity cabinet. Otherwise I love the home but would change the exterior color. ❤

Do you put your loaf of bread in the cabinet above fridge or leave on top of fridge. Well I grew up with the bread in top of the fridge. Have clue what was in the cabinet.
9/10 for me. Yay to coat closet, huge pantry, main closet Not in the bathroom, wood racks, great utility room and linen storage in both bathrooms. Really like that the toilet area has a window And shelves. Would like to see double sinks in hall bath. Nice kitchen with the curved bar. No carpet please.

Very beautiful house, I love the kitchen cabinets. The only thing I would change in this house is absolutely no carpet in the living room other than that this house is perfect!!!
What is it with these home builders. They don't want to put all weather electric plugs and exterior water faucet's on the front of the house? To me it's just plain dumb. I love The entire outside of the house. Those colors and living room windows is awesome. I would extend the center wall to separate the living and dining rooms ad then would put my tv opposite the living room windows. 11 drawers in the kitchen. Wood shelves and rods in the closet and two tier rods in the master. Really like the windows over the toilet. This must be a 30 or 32 wide. Taped and textured walls and no "popcorn" ceilings. I can tell you this. I don't like this house. I love it. Most complete floor plan ever. as is the only tweek would be to extend that wall separating the living and dining rooms. And, of course outside plugs and faucets.
