I heard that what they meant for a curse was actually turned into a blessing because they declared the blood of Jesus over themself and their children. What does everyone think about this?
One Jesus, Born in Bethlehem, Raised in Nazareth, his mothers home town to avoid king Herod, killing all the first born babies His family fled to Bethlehem and then came back to Nazareth when it was safe where he was then raised a Nazarene.
So will all babies be in Heaven regardless if they're old enough to understand the concept of Jesus and His death on the cross for our sins, and the importance of asking for forgiveness of our sins? I actually remember being told as a young child, that up to a certain age, a baby's fate is dependant upon the mother's destination. I would really love to know if this is true or not.

I’ve heard this theory that Jesus died on Wednesday because it was the “Preparation Day” for the Passover, which was Thursday that week. The problem is Jesus ate the Passover meal with His disciples, and the next day when He was crucified was called the preparation day. Would Jesus really have eaten the Passover meal two days early - two days before they were supposed to? No, instead the “preparation day” was actually for the Sabbath, not for the Passover. It was Friday.
@@ericgriffith3579 Sorry. Nissan 14 was the day the Passover meal was to be cooked and prepared. The original Passover is in Exodus chapter 12. Perhaps you should read the whole chapter first. Then consider these verses: Verse 3 - the yearling male was to be separated from the rest of the flock on the 10th day of the month and kept "up until" the 14th day (verse 6). Back in bible times a new day started at "evening" (sunset). This would be the beginning of Nissan 14 when the animal was to be killed and cooked. Verse 7 shows the blood being sprinkled on the doorposts that same day. Verses 8-12 - come the next "evening" (the beginning of Nissan 15) the animal was to be eaten. Eaten in haste and NOT RAW. A Passover meal on the 14th would mean no time to cook it and they ate it raw. Anyway; now go to Matthew chapter 26. Verses 17-19 was Nissan 14. Verses 20-21 Nissan 15. @@davidstarr6604 I value the truth more than being right, so went and did some research. It seems there are fairly convincing arguments for a Wednesday, Friday, and also Thursday crucifixion. Do you know of a legitimate reason the disciples would not embalm Jesus’ body on Friday after the Thursday Passover sabbath (if He really died on Wednesday)? Why wait until Sunday (first day of the week)? Obviously, the seventh day Sabbath was a weekly holy day, Thursday before was an annual sabbath. But Friday was a work day (though the Feast of Unleavened Bread was in progress). I’m thankful this is not a salvation issue (if you get it wrong, you’re lost). A lot of these things we’ll find out for sure when we get to Heaven (whatever we think now). For sure we know Jesus died for our sins and He’s coming back as King of Kings.
@@ericgriffith3579 They spent Friday gathering and preparing the proper spices and ointments. Luke 23:56 was the weekly Sabbath. Do you think they would be running around town looking for those things and getting them ready on a Friday crucifixion? They were still expecting Him to take David's throne for one thing. The arrest and trial (even though they were told would happen) caught them completely by surprise. Either way His followers would have been at the cross watching the whole scene. No one would be looking for spices and ointments BEFORE Jesus died.....
