Beardyman is, in a nutshell, heartbreak. Every set, is the experience of falling in love with epic beats, grooves, riffs, loops, and samples effortlessly manipulated into songs that most producers couldn't come up with or emulate on their best of days, only to have them abruptly cut, giggled at, and then fade into the oblivion that is the internet.

I kinda felt the gradual release of built up energy three years long in this.
3 years of learning, tweaking, and expanding.
3 years of dwelling, training, and improving.
3 years without an in-person audience, a group of people in the flesh, and a massive group of people to hear what beardy can truly craft.
Beardy really went off here, and I can't wait to see what comes next.

I dunno I watched the Beat Box championships and they have limited equipment, it's amazing what they get out of it.
@@Jamal_Tyrone yeah I watch all those too. Keep in mind there you see super rehearsed performances, not a chaotic freestyle like this. I agree they are also amazing but I still think Beardyman is in a league of his own.
@@Jamal_Tyrone If I recall correctly, Beardyman isn't allowed to participate in that any more because he won too many times. It was probably discouraging to everyone else there, knowing they had to compete against someone who could reliably make up bangers on the spot about any topic, using whatever tools were at hand. Technical skill simply isn't enough to compete against someone who can just show up and do whatever pops into his head and keep an audience enthralled for a whole hour by himself. His equipment is awesome, but he doesn't really _need_ it to put on a good show.
Beardyman is a living legend.
@@ToyKeeper That's the amazing thing. Beardy can drop vibes and whole albums live right out of his mouf. His completely optimised rig means he has everything to take the natural skills he has to levels way above anyone else out there. He's also got an amazing singing voice.

I saw him play live in Hull this year and it was the best night of my life! Been a fan of beardyman since I saw him in the 2008 beatbox convention video on UA-cam and I think he only had one or two chaos pads back then. This guy could make a album in a couple of hours if he wanted to! Absolute fire!

I remember the days I used watch other loop station artists and be impressed....then the first time I ever watched beardy man over 5 years ago.....he ruined it all... 🤣 Never has anyone even remotely reached his "lowest" lvl , obviously no such thing...., let alone now....your in a league of your own bra! I wolud love to see You in Poland for that kind of Gig, and who knows- do some beatbox together off stage ;) or on stage :D xD That would be my dreamed comming out with bearbox "thing", although I'v been practiseing for many years now. I am amlost 40yo and I am doing "this thing" (with small gaps) since I was 13-14yo. No music shool whatsoever. Ony me, Victor Wootens with amazing, round groove (that I feld in to in 94. VW was in Warsaw on jazz festival with Béla Fleck and Flacktones-that festival was recorded after "Dead Silence" and I was 10yo kid that wathed horror movie being home alone. I dont remember that movie. I remember that I wathedt concert and fall in love in to bass) Wotciech Pilichowski with His crazy, speedy slapping technique and Birdy Nam Nam mixing electronics with jazz and of corse Your carzy beats and loops. Funny thing is that in my rutine I cant spell "R" letter properly. So I was trying to find that sound in many ways. And I think I did find it many ways, but I wasnt visiting speech therapist since I was kiddo :D so I cant verify that and apply in rutine. Honestly I dont care any more about it, it is way more fun that way :D And I found plenty of sounds to my beatbox ;)
