This is 4 years ago but I love watching you make it again and again hahahahh because I love it very much and I am making it for this Christmas 2022 I know it's early but I have several friends would love it as a 🎁 thanks Maymay love you always your way of teaching is beyond love you
MayMay - thanks for sharing your little tips, like "sink the blade" and "cut upwards." These are such valuable tidbits that only come with experience... unless I have a great tutor, like you!
You know, I use those practices all the time and I have just assumed it made sense to everyone but when I was doing the live videos so many people would tell me they had never thought of that so I have decided to start saying the tips, even if I think everyone already knows it. I want to teach and if I am keeping stuff to myself I am not helping! Thanks so much!
This is so cute I recently moved and don't know any of my neighbors, I think this would be a nice gift to let myself be know to my new neighbors. God Bless
Very cool and easy! I love the gift box idea. The small square cards are perfect for gift bags - no mailing hassle. Save the tags for the boxes! Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
Oh my gosh. I have watched this video before but I'd forgotten how much fun it is. I've already made the box but am slacking on my cards. I think today is the day to get back at it. Thanks Maymay!!
I watched the videos for the box and the cards and made them last night. It was soooo much fun. Your explanations were clear and concise. You're a good instructor; I should know because I train for a living. :) If that wasn't enough, I started watching Vinnie's Vittles. You two are great. Many thanks to you both for sharing your talents.
I am new to your channel. I am watching your videos on using paper packs to make cards and I am just amazed! I have so many paper packs and now I finally know what to do with them all. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas. Your personality is just lovely, your cards are beautiful, and they are not too complicated. I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to make these videos ❤️
Thank you for all your creative suggestions and easy to follow instructions. I am a visual learner and your videos are great for me for that reason. This is a really nice gift idea.
I adore these mass production card videos! I have been making cards for years so I would not call myself a beginner at all. I love doing fussy and detailed cards for the ones I love, but sometimes you just need a bulk set of cards. There are lots of inspiration for those fussy time of cards, but I find these types of videos rare to find. Thank you for making card making seem do-able for those getting started!
Oh My Gosh, this is the most adorable project and will make a fantastic gift. I love it. Thank you for all the great tips and ideas as you went along. I will definitely be watching this video many times over as I make this set.
when I did a christmas album i use a dark blue it really came out really nice. I was with a group of women and they had use black for there album. They all like the idea using the dark blue. I just me i do not like to use black for christmas. I am going to be making the stationary. I may have sent you another comment about your instruction on the project. Your the best to show us how to make the project. Thank you for doing a great job.
What a wonderful gift idea! I’m already making a mental note of all the people that would enjoy this gift. And how much fun making it! I’m just getting into card making and paper crafts and I’m sooooo thankful I found your channel! I was looking for a good “how to get started” and you are the perfect teacher. And you’re right in my backyard. Hello from Alabaster, AL!! I’ll come visit your store soon! Keep those videos coming ❤️❤️
Hey Maymay of all the directions I have seen on making this and I have watched a lot of videos, yours made the most sense. I appreciate so much how you break it down to simple things I can follow. I have my sample box ready and I'm ready to get started! I was worried about Making the cards and tags and you made it so fun to consider! Thank You!
I LOVE this idea and will be making quite a few of them for holiday gifts. Maymay you are a true inspiration for me.Thank you for all of your fabulous videos !!!!
Thank you for sharing these cards and tags. I'm fascinated with how you used only one piece of paper and the stickers for all of these coordinating cards! This whole idea would also be great with any paper for any time of the year. Such a wonderful gift idea!
Your amazing MayMay.Love your ideas..And you always lift us up. Do not let the enemy discourage you, you have a ministry so very important to those who just need a kind voice and a great laugh...wink
Awesome ideas and cards. Thank you for doing this video. You are really good at teaching not only carding but also tricks and everything that goes along.
Hello Maymay- What a super cute gift for someone you love! I will go back & look at the Box pattern as well! Thanks for sharing the video with us! Grat Video & gift idea!
I just recently discovered your videos. You have the clearest, most useful tutorials I have ever seen! Thank you! I don't think you have an accent at all! I don't know what people are talking about! Barb from North Carolina 😉
You have such great tips (setting the blade! I needed to know that), your voice is soothing, and I feel like your a good friend showing me how it's done!
Maymay, this is such a great gift idea and you explained it all so well. A very efficient way to use a paper pack and get the most out of it. Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful idea with us!! -jingles.
Thanks for sharing, this is such a great idea for a gift. Love your videos. The car and camper sticker would be lovely on the front of your box, I love that one. Have a wonderful day.
In the little pocket you could put a coupon for a "refill" and the person that gets it can turn it in for another set of cards, gift cards and tags! You could specify that the refill would be their birthday gift or just an any time gift.
Love the box and love the cards and tags!!! Thanks so much, I have a couple friends I want to make these for!!! May may you are the greatest!!! Love ya!
I love this idea; especially the flexibility of use for the gift box. I would use the box for a small stationery gift (a pad of note paper with envelopes, a small sticky note pad and small sheets of stickers suitable for envelope seals. Stamps in the stamp pocket, of course.
Totally cute idea! You explained & showed directions very well. And I love your voice. I could listen to you all day long. Good luck! I subscribed & shared. 🎅
your an amazing crafter, always coming up with awesome ideas and making your crafts look professional and beautiful. keep on going with your wonderful videos because they are very enjoyable. blessings.
love the box and cards!! A little tip, if you have a problem with ribbons or twine going thru the holes, use a dental floss needle, cheap and they last forever!
I use them all the time, I even made my own the other day cause I had lost all my others! lol . I did that in a video but I forget which one it was....hmmm.
Maymay, you kept me up late again! You have the best illustration skills. Truly Amazing! I love the box and handmade cards as a special gift. See u soon! 🤗💜
Thank you so much for sharing this awesome tutorial I always get stuck with the paper packs and don't know what to do with them. Thank you! I am going to try this.
This video was so helpful!!! This is beautiful and I love how you made the most of one 12 x 12 piece of paper!! As a new crafter, for me the thing that stood out the most in the video was about cutting sticky adhesives and how to clean them as well as the suggestion for the best type of scissors to use when cutting!!!! Thank you so much :)
Fabulous video! I have a question. When would you use a tape runner vs. liquid glue? Actually 2 questions. How would you go about pop dotting a skinny die cut word or squiggle so the dot won't show through? Thanks again for the great video!
Thank you for another amazing video. I am just finishing up my fall/thanksgiving cards. Can't wait to start my Christmas cards next. Take care and have a great day.
