Oviedo Mall - Oviedo Florida - Revisited | ERA_Productions

Hello everyone! Today, after 2 years, we revisit the Oviedo Mall in Oviedo Florida. This mall 2 years ago was a dying mall with a lot of unique shops. As of July 2022, this mall is struggling but has a chance of revival. Opening in 1998 as Oviedo Marketplace, the mall would come with struggles from the start, as Oviedo Mall was in a poor location as 3 other mall were nearby. As anchors like Macy's and Sears left, the mall would announce redevelopment, however the pandemic would hault plans. Let's take a walk through Oviedo Mall and see how it's doing 2 years later!

I used to hang out at the mall all the time during 2005-2009 as a teenager/young adult and I always remember people at the mall shopping around especially Friday nights it was packed.

I remember going there in my early teen years. Now it’s just not that busy anymore. I’m just sad to see this mall struggling. I just hope it doesn’t close down.
