Is the recipe similar to pork peking or szechuan pork. Trying to find a Chinese restaurant that makes the dish i remember as a kid. Had water chestnuts, scallions & bamboo shoots in a light brown sauce. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for your help
