My issue is …. i don’t even have the slightest desire to chase women , even marriage is like a chore to be done in my life . I became too self dependent that i lost one of the joys of life .. or maybe it wasn’t there since the start. or maybe it’s just childhood and sexual trauma

I believe the woman will come by that one day… When you are in the presence of women, they will instantly know just by speaking to you if you are valid for them. There are numerous aspects which will be attractive to women. Mainly it’s hair, face, clothing, smell, and physique. That’s already a big step into the door. Then it’s your personality. If you chat with a woman in person and you feel like she is enjoying your presence, it’s simple - just ask her out to go do something. Seriously, what’s the harm? First of all, you have to be the man you want to be before you want to be in a relationship.
Would you say it's worth chasing women/dating if you have no experience of it at all? Sadly when I was younger I was a shut in, never socialised, played games, overweight etc, then when I became 24 I had enough & started taking action, got to 27 years old & got most things in order, decent job, lost shitload of weight (when I lose enough I plan to start bulking to gain muscle), improved social skills by good amount, but my romantic/dating life is still 0, never been on a date, never touched a women, still a virgin, & I feel that if I don't get out there & start gaining experience, my future looks like that of a lonely monk, romantic loneliness & FOMO is serious depressive sh8t, & is a massive barrier to happiness, especially as a man
