Luke! Same happened to me. Constantly waking up 3 / 4 weeks before my third kid came into this World. This happened everytime. Thats a sign you will do a great Job as a Father!!! I Envy the young one for being born in such a Strong and Happy Family!!!

Usually just watch the shorts but, very glad I have watched RAW Strongman 6 - Frozen Loch Swim. Hearing such honest testimony throughout is extremely inspiring and uplifting. My journey is wildly different from yours Luke (all of you) but, it's a battle I feel better prepared to confront having listened to you. I have taken much from what you have shared and I thank you very much for being brave enough to put it out there.

You're just very, very excited to finally meet the little man Luke! The only time I woke up during the night is when my (now ex) wife woke me up to tell me the moment was there (it was 2:37 AM, still remember the exact time 16 years later). I, rightfully, fully trusted her instinct and judgement on the pregnancy which allowed me to be able to sleep well right until the day our daughter was born. You can plan ahead all you want but remember both Kushi and you have a built-in instinct for parenting, like every human has, trust that! The babyroom brings back so many lovely memories from when our girl was a wee one. You fully deserve what you have today, you've worked bloody hard to get there. Nothing of what you have today was given to you. You earned it, you made it happen yourself.
I am so glad to see Tom improve his technique on the arm over arm. With that he should give Martins and hooper a real problem, if not beat them. He really has turned into a complete strongman. The only holes I see in his game is his head. If he wants to win, he will. If he shows up not feeling it he wont. Luke is looking strong too, but there are levels to every sport. Unfortunately he's just not there, but being top 5 or 6 in the "world" is nothing to be disappointed about. You both are great strongmen and from what I can see from your videos and not knowing you personally, you seem to be good humans as well.

luke, your arms go straighter and closer to full lockout when you use the log, compared to using the axle. On the axle your left arm seems less locked out. both presses of course look amazing.
