What is the best way to level up the artifacts for your hero team? This discussion breaks down my BEST Strategy for leveling up your hero artifacts, but this is just my opinion!
And be warned, no team of heroes should be leveled up the same way!

Artifacts are always a big head ache. I wish you would do a video breaking down which hero’s need artifacts first, which need skins, which need stars first, etc.

Resets would be nice. Side note: occasionally there is an event task that gives you glyphs for having a hero's weapon to 5 star. Good content as always

I recently participated in the Helios Event. I got Helios from the event as a new player and was even able to get him up to 4 star. I could not have possibly been more active during that event. The remaining currency after the event ended was spent on Ginger, Qing Mau, Faceless, and Mojo to upgrade their armor penetration and magic penetration. I was able to make quite a few upgrades. I really do need to work on my armor since Qing Mau is the only reason I am dealing over 300k damage on the Fire Hydra at level 46.

I belatedly realised artifact 1 is generally much more important than artifact 2 and 3. I'm mainly using coins for that, until I get max star artifact 1 on my main heroes. Artifact 1 buffs the entire team - I think hero wars secrets said they account for 2/3 of the stats from artifacts. My realisation came when I got Isaac's weapon to max star: 32k AP for the team meant he could survive the raid boss (level 130, 140) as the spheres were being killed fast.

I just level up in the order of my heroes across the bottom of the screen (make the strongest stronger) and whatever resources are available (which seems to be usually just enough for one upgrade per day, if I don't use the trade down mechanism)

What works for me is that if I am leveling up the ring on a hero, I do not level up the glyph corresponding to that hero's main stat( e.g, If I level up Celeste's ring I invest on 4 our of 5 glyphs, I do not invest on her intelligence stat). Plan to follow that rule with skins as well.

My strategy in upgrading priority depends on how my team performs. So if one of my heros is consistently dying first, I'll put defensive materials into that hero

I tend to switch from color to color by hero. So one gets the gold, one the purple, one the blue, etc, from my main team.

3 armor is less important. No way. More armor buff is better then less
