In case ppl don’t understand, a police patrol car has to be clearly visibly marked as a police car to perform traffic stops. Unmarked patrol cars or patrol cars with ghost police markings (where it says police but you can’t tell) CAN NOT be used to perform traffic stops, for civilian safety. This stops the ability for civilians pretending to be police to pull ppl over for whatever reasons. So him admitting he performs traffic stops in a ghost marked car is a big No No in the eyes of the courts.
