I like using the sticky tabs. My nails last about a week with maybe 1 or 2 falling off and it's easy to put pack on. The sticky tabs do not damage my nails and they are easy to remove. The weird thing is now my nails have been growing out stronger by wearing press ons. Temu has a lot of pretty, cheap ones.

If you use the stickies yes, you can reuse them. If you use glue, it’s hard without damaging your nails because the glue is so strong it takes layers off your nails trying to preserve the press-ons. I would suggest you soak them off in acetone instead when using glue 🥰 hope this helps
