What with his passive that blocks out Fiora's passive when you manage to proc it, his constant chunking with his spear, and not to mention if you ever try to parry his poke he'll just be able to freely use his jump stun and e on you and then you're probably low by that time anyways so you'll be dead most likely xD

icspps i see a use for lucians ult though (other than waveclear), as for mf i would say if you have a team with AoE CC like amumu, leona and sejuani you can ult when they do so the enemy get trapped inside your ult. Other than that, relatively useless. Atleast with lucian you can ult behind you to cover your ass while you are high tailing out of trouble ^^

Her kit doesn't even mesh. Even with the dumb scalings her abilities themselves don't work together. Her Q is an on hit that doesn't crit and her ult doesn't apply on hits. Your e isn't useful rank 1 but you have to leave it there to max all your other shit first. Your q incentivises being a lane bully but you pull minion aggro as a bully and minions pop your passive. You have to hit people too many times to ramp your w damage up and because you lose your passive in lane doing that, you can't because they get away. She's so poorly designed that even if she's better than what people say you should not pick her as there's always a better option. Even if you're looking for an adc that does magic damage don't pick miss fortune. Varus does magic damage on autos and it's percent max hp, something mf doesn't have and needs so very badly.
Mattiaatje holy.. give that idea to riot, cause like that ult doesnt do anything, if it can proc stuff or even crit for lets say 50% that would really make her viable
