    --------------------- -------------------- -------------------- -------------------- -------------------- ---------------
Mystic David Hoffmeister is a living demonstration that peace is possible. His gentle demeanor and articulate, non-compromising expression are a gift to all. He is known for his practical application of the non-dual teachings necessary to experience the Unified Mind. His clarity about the function of forgiveness in spiritual awakening and his radical use of mindful movie-watching in the release of judgment is unsurpassed. The purity of the message he shares points directly to the Source. For over 35 years, David has traveled to 44 countries across 6 continents to extend the message that Truth is available for everyone now.
David's message speaks to all people, regardless of their religious, spiritual, or scientific background. He is as comfortable delving into the metaphysics of the movie "The Matrix" as he is in pointing to the underlying meaning of the scriptures in the Bible.
David's own journey involved the study of many pathways, culminating in a deeply committed practical application of "A Course in Miracles," of which he is a renowned teacher. His teachings have been translated into 13 languages and taken into the hearts and minds of millions through the intimate style of his books, audio, and videos.
The mystical experience is one of clarity, great joy, deep peace, and tranquility--it ends the world of duality and conflict forever. The experience is not of this world but radiates from within. It is not a concept; it comes into awareness when all concepts have been laid by.
Please enjoy my conversation with David Hoffmeister.

My spiritual home is A Course in Miracles. It all began there. After my father's death (by suicide), I began having a reoccurring dream about a blue book in a bookstore. One day I actually found myself in the bookstore in my dream and went to the shelf that was in my dreams. And there was the blue book! It was A Course in Miracles! Tthe rest is history. That was back in 1995, and I've been living those teachings ever since.

It's not just that it appears to be working on the surface, but, in words I cannot express, there is a specialness that you bring to this wonderful topic and service to all. Many past (3D time/space) songs, movies and other artistic endeavours now seem to have much more spiritually significant messages almost like we've now acquired lenses and filters to experience more depth of consciousness ... this also indicates perhaps time/space is fluid and messages are timely and significant when they are needed

I sang at Shawshank many times. The former Mansfield Reformatory. The inmates were always very respectful. The chapel was the round building on the top. It’s shown in the first scene. We had to carry all of our equipment and instruments up to the top and back down again. There were NO elevators.

Movies that come out and have messages and what those who control want to happen; they put it out in movies for predictive programming so it is in people's consciousness. There are good movies that reveal our path (like the Shawshank redemption) that you mentioned. I had not thought of Shawshank in that way, but I know that I love that movie. Just like I really love Gladiator for some reason, and now that I think about it, it is also our path and what we go through. Otherwise, there are movies that are made, so we go along with a program they want to happen.

My favorite is "It's a Wonderful Life.". But sadly I am no longer a movie goer because I don't support the ridiculous amounts of money Hollywood is generating. The egos that it produces. A lot of actors rather be in plays to perform and use their creative juices. I believe in the creativity just not the money machine. Too much greed, no humility and the elitness it has produced. I cannot tolerate the bow down to me mentality. Love your show just not Hollywood as a whole.

  • @roijaxen5674

Time, is unique to our earthly existence because we communicate with stories. Time is nothing more than map coordinates in a story. Movies, simultaneously communicate with images as we once did, projected directly into our minds. Perfect for subliminal absorbtion. There is a reason that Shawshenk works as a prison aligory. We agree to come here, knowing that in every way it is a slave/prison planet. We give up the freedom of the afterlife, the love, and unlimited senses to raise our vibration. From the control of our DNA, cultures, formal education, governance, and commerce we are all immersed in master/slave archetypes. Time is part of the sentence, so death is the freedom. I believe we cannot imagine anything that does not already exist, or at least, once it is imagined, it now exists somewhere physically.

Re the Akashic field, since we live in an Infinite Possibility Universe, everything that ever was, is or could be exists in the possible aspect of reality. What manifests into the actual world that we experience is dependent on which specific frequency we tune into - analogous to the Internet which is the nonlocal Infinite Mind of humanity - the good the bad the ugly and the sublime. What there is to master - is our ability to consciously choose what we click on - for the highest good of all.
