    What a beautiful piece of art! What skilled workmanship! I only wish the artisans were provided with more personal protective equipment (PPE), such as respiratory protection equipment, like respirators, that would protect them from the wood dust and the spray mists!

    Лишний раз убеждаюсь, насколько русская столярная школа лучше доморощенной Юго-Восточной, этот стол довольно топорная работа , с большим набором накладных деталей, этим славятся китайские и вьетнамские мастера. Единственно в чем они преуспели , это искусстве резьбы по дереву, т к. целыми деревнями столетиями из поколения в поколения ,за копейки , упражнялись в этом.Вот японская столярная школа, это истинный непревзойденный класс.

    Glue and staples keeping it from falling apart made it lose any sense of pride or quality. Too bad it’s just “slapped” together and even the glue was applied with minimal care instead of making sure it’s equally covered. 😢

      Get rid of excess materials. The band saw blade is cheaper and faster to deal with than all the extra sharpening of the lathe chisel
