@@ThePokeMaki Those are from the earlier sets of fakes? Maybe that's why they are so bad. I recently got the one they made under the label of Obsidian Flames and the cards there are pretty decent, although yeah, the foil is pretty dark and no card has the patterns or textures of the originals, but they can serve for mere collecting purposes. There is also another interesting pack of just Trainer cards but it is pretty bad, as the print quality in those is blurry and subpar compared to the monsters cards. The only one I would recommend is a set of 9 cards that goes for like 10 bucks and only because it includes the Greninja EX cool alternate art from Twilight Masquerade. The print quality of is outstanding honestly for mere copies and while again, no card has the textures of the originals, I think it is the best thing to settle for to anyone who wants that Greninja unless you want to keep throwing money into the terrible set that is TM in the first place just for a single card.
Hey hey hey. TO BE FAIR, the not full art gold ones look kinda neat (the first gold box you opened). Shining Charizard, the pikachus and base set aswell
@@ThePokeMaki Just a fun trivia if you don't know: the derpy Pikachu (i imagine the one at 8:04) is an actual card by Shibuzoh that you can find in the Sun & Moon set Crimson Invasion ;)
How did I not know that only fakes used to come in tins.... viewing anything of use was not on my bingo card for this vid, anyway the chase for Super Fire-Breathing Dragon goes on L
I believe the tins were more like lunch boxes but those had lids on both sides so they weren't even effective. Also no chase card pull for this video too T-T
I also hope that does not happen. Also I think the best way to prevent that from happening is to teach your son about fake cards and show him what they look like (there are many videos on how to spot fake cards out there on youtube)
@ThePokeMaki yea I've been trying to work on that. I actually bought some fake ones as an example off of Aliexpress but some of them actually look really good. Some fakes are getting better
You can't really expect much for 5$ packs that have like 100 holos each. Some do look nice but obviously lack the textures from the original cards.
@@beamknight87 True, I think I stated that I didn't expect much at first but didn't think it was gonna be that bad (especially the first box I opened)

@ThePokeMaki you pull enuf chase cards, its ok you don't get them from the fakes
@@CrashRips True better getting real valuble chase cards than the super fire breathing dragon raichu or the caterpie ex zard
That’s a lot of god packs
It was amazing. Two of them had like 50 gold cards!
@ incredible error!
I'm afraid my son is going to trade some of his cards for some of these fakes :/
