I loved the information. Great to see you up in front of the group, Craig. I do wish I could have seen the charts and pictures on the screen better. And I wish the video of you was more straight on. But the content was great! Thanks so much!
Seeing how most of the world has a short growing season, for example we only enjoy strawberries got about 2-3 weeks in upstate New York, that probably gives us enough time to not become damaged by the oxalates, etc, and fatty meat is more the norm in my climate (prior to large farming industries)
So grateful to have come across this video! I've been struggling to explain to my family why vegetables can be harmful to us; this is the perfect video to help me get my point across, and expressed far more eloquently!
I had the opportunity to watch Craig present live yesterday. I wanted to ask during or after the presentation about gluconeogenisis and the circumstances it occurs and also is colon bacteria fauna or flora? If the “fibre” substrates can come from the bone broth, and other items on that list ... if vegetation is absent... does this indicate that colon bacteria are more omnivorous than a flora/plant. Kind regards
Thanks! Yes, there are but bugs that love some of the components of meat (collagen, glucosamine, etc). In our carnivore book we talk about the gut flora in detail. :) amzn.to/2wEHpnz
Can you create a version of the same presentation with only the slides? Or you post the link to the slides here so we can see them if while watching the video again:-)
I've just started eating pretty much a 98% meat diet, seven days ago. I started vlogging about it because I am shocked at how amazing I feel. I just can't believe it. I only have a piece of fruit after dinner and the rest of the day is meat.
Awesome but I wish I could have seen the screen better.
This presentation is so good and something that is priceless to learn about... Thank you for uploading it and sharing it!

Thank you 🙏
Glad you enjoyed. :)
*Fantastic. thank you!*
Great video but I'll have to re-watch it because that rude person's phone keeps grabbing my ADD'ish brain :O
Is this good for diabetes? diarrhea ? Is carnivore bad for cholesterol?
We have helped thousands of clients reverse T2 diabetes, heal their gut, and improve their HDL/Trig ratios with this way of eating 🎉
Food for thought. ;-)
I thought macadamia nuts are not high in oxalates?
Good question
All nuts and seeds are high in oxalates.
Mark, did you say a “sty” as in a pimple in the tissue near the eye lid near the eye lashes?
I know know that yes he said Sty... (and it’s Craig not Mark).
Can we have a link to the slides, please?
Laurence Greatorex I believe he said yesterday it will be in the next book.
Yes, all the content and much more are in this book. :)
