🖤✨💕 I have had two tarot decks that I was only meant to have for a little while. I can’t remember what they were called but one of them was based on Egyptology and the other was inspired by zombies. I was doing a reading for a friend who has very skeptical about anything metaphysical but was very interested in Egyptology. I was very drawn to the deck when I purchased it, but didn’t really have very accurate readings for myself. When reading for my friend, everything made perfect sense. I ended up giving the deck to the friend because it was clear to me that the deck was meant for them. I think somehow the deck knew that I was a vehicle to get to their chosen owner. With the zombie deck, a similar thing happened. I was very drawn to them, purchased them, and a few months later started dating a new boyfriend. He wasn’t a skeptic. He was SUPER in to zombies. I immediately knew that the zombie deck was meant to be his. Maybe I’m a tarot deck matchmaker✨
My RWS is my go to, and i have 160+, mostly tarot decks. I always recommend beginners get a RWS, because most tarot books are written around the RWS. My second fav though is The True Black Tarot.
My Rider Waite deck was my first deck, I purchased it in 1968 using my earnings from babysitting, It is a deck that still calls to me and I always enjoy using it, the box was lost many many years ago so it is wrapped in a silk square and lives in its own carved wooden box
My father bought me this Beautiful deck called ⭐Ethereal Visions, by Matt Hughes⭐he ended up getting in touch with the artist and was able to get me a deck when it was pretty well sold out, and then my mother and father ended up getting me the wild unknown deck for Christmas!! I love them both vary much! I'm just timid in their use.. Thank you for showing us your decks!! It was an honor to see what worked well for you!!
I have Ethereal Visions too! It was my first deck and I eventually got the Dreamscapes Oracle deck by the same artist. I love the art on both decks it’s so beautiful and peaceful for me :)
As a beginner witch I have had the exact same experience with the lenormand card readings in comparison to tarot cards. Being able to literally translate the symbols is very helpful. I was able to do incredibly accurate readings for myself and other people without much effort. 🌞🖤
I strongly believe that decks are sometimes inhabited by entities, which I treasure. I have one deck which gives me not very kind vibes, the Enchanted Tarot, it's a weird tarot with problematic images and to it belongs the only Death card that gives me very unsettling, very uncomfortable vibes. I have the same question you have, is it this particular deck or all the printed out units the same? I think it is only this one singular deck although I also feel that the energy given off by certain decks is pretty universal: yes, the Enchanted Tarot is awesome, beautiful, gentle and accurate! Thanks for sharing! PS. My favourite decks are too many, it depends on the mood I'm in or the urgency of the question, I recommend The Shadowland Tarot, by Monica Bodirsky if you love Halloween and you love the Enchanted Forest ;-)
More than one hour of you talking about your favourite divination tools? YES, I love it! 🙌✨😌 Also, I saw the thumbnail, read the title and immediately thought "Yay, she's gonna show us the haunted deck she talked about in her livestreams so often!". 😆 Looking forward to that! Thank you for putting this huge video together, hope you have a wonderful day and a great start into autumn! 🖤🍂🍁
RWS is a very special deck I think. It was my first and when I began working with it I told it what I wanted from it and it’s been reliable and growing in strength ever since. ⭐️
It’s so nice to see what resonates with each practitioner! ⭐️ My first deck was the Deviant Moon tarot and I feel so connected with it that it almost feels strange to get other decks. I did get a deck recently that I still strongly resonate with, but it’s more suited for a single to three cards draws max. And with the Deviant Moon I always feel the urge to keep pulling cards and do full spreads. I love both decks but, it definitely feels like the Deviant Moon wants to be the main deck 😄

I find Lenormand to be much better for practical things. Like, if I want to know how my day it's going to be or a specific outcome to a situation, I use the Lenormand. I don't use that particular version, I have the Dreaming Way and I love it to bits. I love Tarot for more general subjects or abstract questions, or if I want to get more depth or layered information.
My favorite is the Tarot Playing Deck by Dead on Paper. Poker card size, pip minor arcana, detailed imagery on the court, major arcana, and aces. My absolute favorite thing about it though is the linen card stock. Its been my daily work horse deck for three years and still going strong. My second favorite is The Tarot of the Divine. I love how it is inspired by fairy tales and folklore. The artist put a lot of thought into which stories represent which cards. I like the tarot deck from Hit Point Press, but since its lenticular you have to put them in protective sleeves and they are terrible for shuffling of any sort. If I'm reading for someone else, I will use these cards to help the querent because the visuals are lovely and easier to understand than some of my favorite decks. As for oracles I only have two: Laurel Grove South Cemetery Divination Deck by Holly L'Oiseau and the Seed & Sickle Oracle by Fez Inkwright. I love how personal the first deck is and how the second has such interesting interpretations of the plants it uses as inspiration. I have the same Lenormand deck as Hearth and I agree its wonderful, but I haven't taken the time to really understand Lenormand. It has such a different way of speaking that I would really need to sit down and study it for a couple years before I felt confident.
This video was so fun, and you've actually introduced me to some decks I'd never seen before, or ones that I have but hadn't seen the inside cards so thank you for that!!⭐🌟
My absolute favorite deck is "everyday witch " by Deborah Blake. It's so encouraging, I'll be trying to figure out what it's saying, and the strength card will jump out. Beautiful powerful energy and imagery. The deck for me doesn't operate traditional and tells me how I need to lay the cards, it's kind of amazing actually.
🌟🌟🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️💫💫💫 The RW tarot is in my top five, if not my favorite. I also love the Golden Art Nouveau Tarot. For me, it shuffles like a dream and gives accurate readings, plus the art is gorgeous. Tarot of Dreams is another favorite. It's not a style of art that I would typically like, but Ciro Marchetti has grown on me! The Crow Tarot by MJ Cullinane I absolutely love, but it can be a little hard to shuffle since the cards are a bit thick - it's a gorgeous deck, though! And I do love the Morgan Greer deck, partly for sentimental reasons, but I also like how "in your face" the art is. That's just tarot, lol. I'm still deciding how I feel about my oracle decks, as I don't spend as much time with them. 😊
So awesome! Stayed till the end. Thank you for your review. Wasn't a fan of oracle cards before because i prefer tarot (my favorite deck is the holographic A.E. Waite version). But, I just purchased the Green Witch Oracle Cards because of this review. I love the idea of having multiple uses of one deck of oracle cards. Thank you and much aloha from from Hawai'i!
🌟Love how you give props to the brilliant and often overlooked Rider Waite Smith! Another amazing deck is Tarot of the Abyss. Black & white illustrations are so expressive, the cards practically read themselves. Great video as always! 🖤
I also own and really love The Mists of Avalon Oracle and the Forest of Enchantment Tarot deck, but my favorite is also Rider Waite Smith - specifically the Radiant Rider-Waite. It's so warm and vivid!
i think the ryder waite smith deck is really important. The symbolism is deep. The GD used to make theirs initiates draw or paint their own, to get the symbols into the unconscious/subconscious
that green which oracle deck also includes the times you should eat and use those plants by including the astrology on to them... incase you didnt notice that.
I just bought a new deck of playing cards to start practicing the craft today. Thank you so much for the video, Hearth. The timing is unreal🔮 It's so nice to see how many beautiful decks of cards are out there!
I just watched your video (I apologise for the lateness in watching your video😂😂), a lovely video as always, I always love the videos you put up they are so informative and helpful 😊😊 my favourite tarot deck and the one I use the most is the Vampires of Eternal Night deck it was the first tarot deck I ever bought when I started my craft, it holds so much sentimentality for me and I still use it every time I do a reading 😊😊 my favourite oracle deck is The Universe Has Your Back Deck I love the art work and the messages it has. It is my go to oracle for every oracle reading or when I draw a card 😊😊 I hope your having a nice day 😊😊 I love your content 😊😊
I connected with Lenormand super fast. I have the Gilded Lenormand and the Celtic Lenormand. When I need a direct firm reading, I always use a Lenormand deck. I learned the meanings faster and usually understand the reading better.
Loved this video! I'm a subscriber but don't often comment, but I watch most all of your videos within the week of it coming out. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom with us all 🌟🌟🌟
The Wild Unknown Tarot is my fiance's oldest deck and funnily enough it ALSO works better when reading for others and not yourself. A deck I gifted them (Ethereal Visions) a few years ago is one they use the most because it works well with readings for them but not for others. Celtic Spirit Oracle, got the deck as well and it actually arrived at my house as a secret present from a friend of mine and it arrived when I was horrifically ill. While sick I tried using it and found it works extremely well with me and is my most used Oracle deck when I work with my heritage (I use it with my heritage and stuff because after I shuffled it for the first and second time I drew the White Stag twice, and my family's crest is a stag). My most used Tarot deck has to be a three-way tie Tarot Of Oppositions, Dark Woods, and Crow Tarot (I use them equally, but the first I use for just me usually, Dark Woods I use just as much for myself, and Crow Tarot I use mostly for others but it works well with me as well). Most used Oracle is actually between two: Spirits & Shadows and Dreams & Incarnations, both are by the same creator and gorgeous, I use them with myself and others equally. I have one haunted deck that is fittingly named: Haunted Cat Tarot and it was given to me by someone I had assisted with some issues they were having (They found the deck wouldn't work with them anymore and so they gave it to me). I learned it was haunted when a particular tiny statue of mine began moving next to it often. Now... I keep all of my practice items, especially my decks, locked away in my cabinet altar because I have cats who like to knock things over and the tiny statue sits inside because one cat will steal it if I leave it out. So kind of spooky seeing it move inside my cabinet (The doors of the altar have glass panes to see inside). Upside, the deck works very well with its spirit when it comes to spirit work or advice for myself.
I enjoyed this video, especially as it gives me some ways into oracle cards as I have generally stuck to Tarot this far. Anyway here are some of my picks: Best general purpose deck: Rider-Waite-Smith Radiant Tarot in a tin - compact (ideal for small hands!), durable, beautiful (recoloured with a gradient effect) - this is my 'daily driver'. Best beginner's deck: Sharman-Caselli Tarot Deck - close to RWS with some useful innovations, beautiful with its own distinct style, accessible (the big book explains the symbolism in detail as well as giving gentle guidance on interpretation). Feels very safe and positive, less brutal than the RWS. Tends to assume no reversed cards. Best for working with angels: Angel Wisdom Tarot by Radleigh Valentine - very well thought out deck that makes working with specific angels (e.g. through invocations) very easy. The traditional suits are replaced with the four elements. Cards look and feel great. Comes with a really good guidebook. Most promising under-utilized deck: The New Mythic Tarot Deck by Sharman-Burke, Caselli, Greene - beautifully illustrated and relates the Tarot to classical myths and legends. Most wanted: Thoth Tarot Deck - innovative abstract deck by the notorious Aleister Crowley. Marseille Tarot - more minimal than the RWS, influential to the development of Tarot.
I have a mini Sharman-Caselli, that I love to use for larger spreads. Like you say, very similar to RWS, but I think with a bit more charm and delicacy in the artwork.
I ended up getting the Work Your Light Oracle Cards by Campbell and Noel. I'm really delighted with them so thanks for the recommendation. The pink and blue palette and Lightworker theme speaks to me so so much! I also have a Pocket WIld Unknown on its way, so I'm looking forward to that. Cards are so much a metter of taste and what speaks to you, but there are some really great recommendation in the video, thank you!
Love the comparison video! Thank you so much for publishing this! Connection to a Tarot deck is a personal thing that differs from one person to the next. Just starting collecting decks myself. My favorites thus far are Cosmic Tarot and Crow Tarot.
Love your videos, so much information as I’m new to my practice your my go to! You are so informative and I love the way you impress that each practitioner should stay true to their own beliefs/ practice! Not many creators do! Thank you for sharing your experience and wisdom! ❤
Absolutely loved your video. My personal favourite is the Tarot of Light and Shadow. I also use the Old Style Lenormand which I find far easier to read than tarot. It really lends itself to intuitive reading and I'm always blown away by how accurate are the readings that it gives 💚
This was so lovely! Thank you. I just got my Forest Enchantment deck today, and I also got Denise Linn's Sacred Forest oracle cards -- it's my first oracle deck, and I felt an IMMEDIATE connection with them. I am in love with the Moonology and Celtic oracle decks -- going on my wishlist! Thank you so much for the effort and time you put into sharing your knowledge.
Thank you, Hearthwitch, for taking us with you on the journey through your favorite decks. I love the Rider Waite Smith Deck mostly, but I need to get this Celtic one, too. 💙🙏💙
⭐️ This was endlessly fascinating to me! I love tarot tube videos and getting insights into what calls to other witches, pagans and readers. I also love that RWS is your top pick. I agree it’s a classic for a reason, and I am not as precious with it as I am my more rare or less replaceable decks. Great list, Hearth! 💜⭐️
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟✨💫✨💫✨ Thank you Hearth !! This is an absolutely AMAZING video. I so appreciate the amount of time and effort you took to go through your Tarot Decks, show them and explain when and why you use each deck. Thank you !! 🌟✨💫
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Wow I loved your collection. I have the Moon oracle deck and I work with it a lot I am working on building my collection. I wrote down a few that caught my attention Thank you for sharing
✨❤️❤️❤️ I love your longer videos, I really love listening to you while I’m doing my own little bits and bobs and I also love having a nosey at other peoples deck collections 😂❤ I have so many too! I really need to sell some so they can be loved and used, as you’re so right, they do unfortunately mostly sit on a shelf when they’re not really calling to you and it’s such a shame, that game of thrones deck is amazing too! I really hope they’re setting up to sell those, that talent needs to be seen and appreciated 🥰❤️❤️❤️xxx
If you wanted to, you could glue the paper from the Camelot deck to poster board to make it sturdy, and then cover it with a clear self-adhesive vinyl sheet. You can probably repair the spirit's box with this stuff too. I guess you'd have to ask it.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved your list! My very favorite deck is Hush Tarot. It is super accurate for reading for myself and others. My second favorite is Murder of Crows, which I use for communication with my deity and is consistently and brutally honest and straightforward. 😂 My favorite oracle deck is the Urban Crow Oracle. I use it for daily draws.
Loved this video and yes, I watched it all the way through in one sitting! ha! I have a few of the decks you mentioned but there were a few that I don't have and some I'd never seen like Tarot of Sorceress and Oracle of the Witch which I also think the artwork is spectacular and stands out in its minimalism! I also really liked the Making Magical Oracle deck and your idea for how you use it. A deck I use a lot is the Crow Tarot which gives me really accurate readings and I connected with it immediately. I also have really come to appreciate the Ryder Waite Smith deck. I learned Tarot using that and the Wild Unknown together. However, I didn't come to really appreciate the Ryder Waite Smith deck until much later when I began really studying the symbolism in the Tarot deeply and the connections to the Kabbalah, Egyptian mythology, Christian mythology, etc. but Pamala Coleman Smith was an amazing artist and all the art on each card is very deliberate. She was incredibly intuitive. She was undervalued for her time but she was a woman way ahead of her time and I'm glad she's getting more recognition now. RWS deck has become one of my favorite decks as well and I agree it's a great one to learn from since so many decks are based it.
I recently got the pocket archetypes deck and omg it’s a game changer! I can finally do some of the larger spreads in the book and it’s so darn cute, not to mention practical! The little guidebook that comes in it has the exact same info as the fully size. I love it so much! I think you’d really enjoy it too Hearth 😊
✨⭐️🌟 For Samhain night, watching videos of my fav witchy content creators. Learned so much from your channel! Re: Tarot, I also have a solid Rider-Waite deck I use almost daily as well being a collector with some more artistic ones like the an Animated Lenticular deck as well as a Fate Order deck I stumbled on to in Akihabara in Tokyo. I’m really intrigued by adding a layer of oracle cards to a tarot reading and the Moonology or Green Witch Oracle looks very tempting!
Your collection is awesome! I love my RWS deck, ive had it for so long, its like my friend! I also love the light seers tarot deck, for me that reads well for others. Oracle i really love Angels and Ancestors, beautiful art work and messages. I love all your videos, thankyou so much for your content 🌟
I have been a fan for years and always learn something new from your content....which is wonderful for a witch at my age....after 32 years as a practicing witch. I really wanted to recommend an oracle deck I believe you will love....Seasons of The Witch: Samhain Oracle! I do believe there is a Beltane deck as well. But this is a stunningly beautiful deck and I think it will appeal to your taste. Thanks again for such great content....I send many of the younger witches who come to me wanting to learn more about the Craft, to your site. Blessings
I never had the Camelot Oracle, but the artist, Will Worthington, is my favorite card deck artist. John Matthews, the deck creator, tends to put out decks with complicated systems, which don't appeal to me personally, even if the cards are visually appealing. Will Worthington did the art for the Druidcraft Tarot, which I love, just a straight tarot deck, no weirdness.
I love his work, too. I have the Druidcraft Tarot and the Wildwood Tarot. But my favorites are the Druid Animal Oracle and the Druid Plant Oracle, by the same people as the Druidcraft Tarot. They are among my most beautiful decks! I use them together as one deck. I also use them a lot on my Sabbat altars.
I am drawn towards tarot and Oracle decks that are animal and nature-based. In my readings, I go by the tarot meaning and also the Spirit of the animals and other items from nature that are shown on the deck.
Love this video. I have only one Lenormand called under the roses. It’s reminds me of 90s manga. It’s so cringy in a charming way. But I don’t read Lenormand well enough yet. So interesting to see what your favorite decks are. My top deck is labyrinth tarot. It really ask to be use all the time and only.
I got The Wild Unknown Tarot Deck 4 years ago as my first (and still only) tarot deck and I absolutely love it. It is definitely different than the original version. The cards and the Guide Book are a little smaller and the card backs are also different. But it is so beautiful. Also, so many of these Tarot and Oracle Card decks are incredibly beautiful ✨
🌟🌟 Amazing video Hearth! My favourite decks are the Dark Wood tarot and Mystical Journey Oracle. The latter has helped me so much in my spiritul journey.
🌟🌟🌟Hi Hearth! I was so excited for this video to come out! I've definitely jotted down some decks I will be trying 🖤 Thank you so much! Also, I completely agree about the Halloween Oracle deck. I have it and hardly ever work with it either. The imagery definitely isn't varied enough and I've also found the guide book to be oddly unhelpful. I've actually been working with the Seasons of the Witch Samhain Oracle lately and it's definitely delivered on the spooky season vibes I was looking for with the Halloween Oracle, so that might be worth a try! xo
Hi! I love and have some of these decks. I added a few to my list. Long ago I started out with a Hanson and Robert's deck. The art spoke to me, and the size was perfect for my small hands. I use several decks now. Thank you for sharing!
Hi Hearthwitch, great review and catching up on your posts, I love the Saints and Mystics Oracle deck I purchased through yourself, as you was one of the only suppliers of it, I love the artistry and you mention maybe have been glamourised which I will admit I agree, however, it is the surrounding pictorial influences that resignate to myself not so much the persons pictorial, the cards resignate meaning and influence on all the surrounding objects and depicted art so has been and still is a great source for my own use, so a thank you for introducing myself to the deck
I absolutely love my Earth Craft oracle deck. The artwork is gorgeous and powerful. It’s the deck I’m most drawn to and reach for constantly. Plus I use the cards on my altar as decoration.
My favorite deck, without question, is the Robin Wood Tarot. The art is beautiful and the readings are absolutely accurate. Thank you for sharing your collection with us. I have a few Lenormand decks but cannot read them or connect with them for love or money. The art is glorious, though.
I'm just starting with tarot, mostly for brainstorming in writing and things like that, and I don't know why but the Magic Manga Tarot really caught my eye. I had to track that down asap and it's wild to me to see something from 2007 as a rare and vintage item, even if that logically makes sense. I managed to buy a deck, though I'm glad I have something more readily avaipable coming in that I don't feel the need to be as precious with.
I'm so glad you are a fan of the Rider Waite deck. I learned on this system (still learning) and I love this deck. I have other decks that are RWS format and there's one I think you would love. It's the Heaven & Earth deck...a bit on the dark side....for instance, the Queen of Swords is holding her sword in one hand but is holding a severed head in her other hand....she who does not suffer fools gladly. LOL. But I get good readings from this deck also. Like you, I've gotten sucked in to a deck by the stunning artwork, only to find that I don't connect with the deck. The Gilded Tarot by Ciro Marchetti is just gorgeous but I don't get good readings from it and it's now packed away in its box. I only have 10 decks, all RWS format. I haven't gotten into Oracle decks yet. You spoke of using cards in spell work. Do you have any videos on this? I would love to see them. I am new to the practice and am grateful for you sharing your knowledge. Thank you.
Hearth, My favorite deck is the Anne Stokes Gothic Tarot The artwork is gorgeous! My favorite cards are the High Prietess,The Knight of Swords & The Page of Swords
The Rider Waite is the deck that I use most, and I’ve been reading for 11 years. It appears to be a beginner deck, but there is absolutely nothing basic about it. It is a fully esoteric deck that can have as many layers as you wish it to have, which is why it appeals to beginner readers. It is essentially the only deck one will ever need. For seasoned occultists and beginners alike. No doubt about it. ✨🌟
I love the Rider Waite tarot deck. As you say, it’s easy to read, affordable, and the readings are so accurate for me. My favourite Oracle deck was one I purchased in Glastonbury, and it’s called The Wisdom of Aragon. I used them in the Goddess Temple once and I loved the deck so much (artwork and messages) and the readings were so accurate. When I went into a small bookshop they had one deck left and I had to purchase the deck, it was clearly calling me ☺️❤
I have the Oracle of the Witch deck. The deck actually chose me, I was looking at another deck in this wonderful little witchy store. I do not usually buy items that are red, this deck grabbed my attention, as soon as I picked up the box, I knew instantly that I had to get that deck. Every reading has been accurate! I love Oracle of the Witch deck
Thank you for sharing about your deck collection!! The only one I have from this is the Animal Spirit Oracle deck by Kim Krans, which is a beloved deck and was my second Oracle one. When you showed the box for your favorite one, I thought you were going to show the Animal Familiars tarot deck as the bunny from that illustration on the box is The Moon card from that deck (one of my most-used tarot decks).
❤I've just recently become interested in tarot and oracle cards, and was drawn to the Maia Toll series of decks for their breathtaking artwork (I'm a sucker for metallic foiling, cute animals, plants and crystals), so I felt like they were designed just for me. However, I have the same problem that you've mentioned a few times, where the cards aren't accurate enough to read for me but are eerily spot-on for readings of other people. I got the Herbiary set first, as I fell madly in love with the artwork and general vibes, then the crystallary one because I'd like to eventually get all 3 in the set. The bestiary one was not available in my local shop at the time. My most recent purchase was that of the Guardians of the Night full tarot (major and minor arcana). Much like the Maia Toll sets, I was drawn by the amazing artwork, but I've yet to click with the deck. I've done a few readings, and they seemed rather vague or confused. Maybe it's a question of time and practice, or user error (as I am only starting to learn how to read tarots), but I have a nagging suspicion that I might be looking for a replacement deck very soon😢. I'm very saddened by this feeling, as I love how their creator, M.J. Cullinane really put themselves into their creation; telling us as the reader about being inspired by events of the COVID-19 lockdowns and how it changed their plans and lifestyle. Maybe you might come across this deck and showcase in a future video. Perhaps we'll be of the same mind, or it will be in your new top 10? So far it's my only deck, and like a mismatched blind date, I'm making the best of the situation and hoping that it's just my own insecurities and inexperience that are causing tensions
✨🌟🤩🌟✨ Thank you, Hearth! I am in awe of your collection! And totally fascinated that one of your decks came with a spirit attached to it! I currently alternate between two decks for my daily draws: The Crow Tarot by MJ Cullinane, and the Wandering Star deck by Cat Pierce. Sometimes I think the artwork on Wandering Star is too cutesy, but I actually really quickly connected to the deck and find my daily draws incredibly synchronized with what’s happening in my life and I gain a lot of insight from them. I’ve also recently purchased three of the Seasons of the Witch oracle decks because I saw one of the creators, Lorianne Anderson, give a reading with the Mabon deck. Her reading was incredible and the cards were so beautiful - plus, gilded edges! Two other oracle decks that I draw from weekly are my animal cards: Animal Allies by Jessica Swift, and Woodland Wardens by Jessica Roux. Jessica’s art style is bright and cheerful and radiates positivity, but what I really love are her insights into the animals themselves and what strengths and gifts they represent. The guide sheet is just so inspiring. Jessica Roux’s deck: simply gorgeous!!! I would say my most beautiful deck, inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement of the late 19th century, William Morris, et al. I would be curious to know if you’ve read or seen the book Advanced Tarot by Paul Fenton Smith and what you think of it. Thank you again for all that you share - I so appreciate your in-depth videos! ❤
🌟🌟🌟What a great episode! I absolutely loved it! I have so many decks on my wish list it's bananas lol! So I decided to get a deck a month. I absolutely love the celtic spirit oracle deck. I pull cards and also use them on alters. I really am loving the Seasons of the Witch oracle series also. Right now there are four of the eight released and Imbolc is the next up. They all have a different color foil edge. Beltane is gold, Samhain is red, Mabon is a burnt orange, and Yule light blue. So I think you would enjoy the color schemes and the artwork. My favorite tarot deck is the Light Seers. The artwork just speaks to me.
Ok - so first off : 🌟! Secondly, I have 3 of the decks that you showed - the Goddess of the Moon oracle, which I pull a card from for each Full Moon and use as an altar card for the moon-th, the Work you Light Oracle, which I pair with my Moonchild Tarot (also by Danielle Noel), again on a Full Moon-thly basis and also the Forest Fae Oracle. [FYI the artist for that has a bee-based tarot coming out in 2024]. Lastly, my favourite decks are very different to yours we like different vibes in our cards, which is cool, I love seeing other's collections - The Terra Volatile Tarot, The Pagan Otherworlds Tarot, The Tyldwick Tarot, The Mythic Tarot- OG Printing not the reprint, The Bohemian Gothic Tarot, The Green Witch Tarot, The Moonchild Tarot, The Tarot of Mystic Moments, The Oracle of Mystic Moments, The Season of the Witch Oracles - which I think you would love! They have done Samhain, Yule, Beltane and Mabon so far, with Imbolc due out soon - The Witches Wisdom Tarot, The Textured Tarot and the Hellenic Oracle. I have others I love too, but as I have a collection of about 85 decks right now, I won't go any further! I have about 4 Lenormand decks but I don't read with them yet as 'lenormand' more as an oracle pairing to a tarot. It's more of an intuitive thing. I have the Wizard's Lair Lenormand (same creator as Tyldwick), The Lunatic Lenormand (very gothic), The Siren's Song Lenormand and the Madame Mina's Oracle, which reads more like a lenormand but doesn't use that system. I also have collected several Thoth, Marseille and Tarrochi decks, but they are more for study at the moment. I don't read with them - yet!
This is a really cool video, the nose bleed when you're looking at a deck is unusual, but then again, is not unusual. Oracle of the Witch is a stunning deck and saw snippets of the meanings of the cards and am sold, but still haven't made the plunge, the artwork is on point and loving the Red, White and Black Art!!!! I do have the Avalon Oracle which I love!!!! This was a unique twist in showing some of your deck collection, Blessing!!! 💜
it took a while until I was able to watch this long video of yours I really enjoyed it and was surprised that you literally have none of my decks ^^ - also, I got a Lenormand deck as a present - it's called Gilded Reverie Lenormand - and the feeling best described with these is "at home" I feel like a lot of the imagery would be something taken straight out of my inner self - so for me it's the combination of Lenormand as well as the illustrations that make it my personal favourite and easiest deck to work with. I really love that you took us through so many decks of yours ⭐🌟⭐⭐ personally, I think I should get the kitchen witch one you showed.
🖤✨💕
I have had two tarot decks that I was only meant to have for a little while.
@carolinesuchman9723 this has happened to me too!! It's always such a sweet feeling
Not the yassification of St Teresa 😐
We're not taught correctly about her at school in the UK, so unfortunately a lot of people are unaware of the truth.
I mean, let’s be honest, Bernini already yassified her
St.Teresa of Avila?
Ethereal Visions was my first one too!
That Game of Thrones deck is so freaking cool! Whoever made that is so talented! I’d love to buy it myself.
I have it, it was my first ever deck! It's amazing, still my favourite to work with. It doesn't sugarcoat the truth tho 😅
Edit: I have a different Game of Thrones deck, sorry!
The mass market Game of Thrones also has a linen edition and a regular card stock edition
Thoth has been my constant companion going on 40 years now. A strong deck that never leaves you in doubt.
Yaaasssss stanning for my Forest of Enchantment deck, I am so proud you agree on how amazing and accurate it is 💜
Oooo I’m so excited to find this deck I love it at first glance!
Also, I saw the thumbnail, read the title and immediately thought "Yay, she's gonna show us the haunted deck she talked about in her livestreams so often!".
I also started with the Wild Unknown deck! I only have two decks for now, but I am going to expand my collection before Yule
I just bought my 1st deck and was excited to see it as one that you also enjoy. 🧡💫
Came here to comment and love while the opening ad is still rolling because I know how hard you’ve been working on this!
This video was so fun, and you've actually introduced me to some decks I'd never seen before, or ones that I have but hadn't seen the inside cards so thank you for that!!⭐🌟
New to your channel, thank you so much for sharing your wisdom. I'm really enjoying your videos. 💜✨🍃🏵️
The little Lenormand deck is my go to also. It just clicked with me immediately.
🌟⭐🌟 I love the RWS even though I use other systems as well. I love that you have haunted decks and respect the spirits who reside there 💖
🤩⭐️✨🌟💫 i love your videos Hearth. Thank you for always posting i really love them
🌟🌟🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️💫💫💫 The RW tarot is in my top five, if not my favorite. 😊
One of my favorite Tarots is the Gilded Tarot by Ciro Marchetti. I've seen pictures of the art nouveau deck, and it is beautiful.
yay witching time with Heart
yay! another upload! :D My favorite deck is my first... Tarot of trees... found it initially on etsy and I've never been more drawn to a deck
Brilliant idea. I put selenite strips next to big box cards ❤
that green which oracle deck also includes the times you should eat and use those plants by including the astrology on to them... incase you didnt notice that.
I just bought a new deck of playing cards to start practicing the craft today. Thank you so much for the video, Hearth. The timing is unreal🔮
It's so nice to see how many beautiful decks of cards are out there!
Enjoy! 😊
Thoroughly enjoyed this video!!!! Thank you Hearth!
Loved this video! I'm a subscriber but don't often comment, but I watch most all of your videos within the week of it coming out. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom with us all 🌟🌟🌟
This has been fun! I love the Rider Waite, too. It's one of my all-time-favourites! ✨
Thanks for sharing, Hearth! Forest of Enchantment is on my wishlist. My favorite decks are anything by Patrick Valenza, and Pagan Otherworlds 🖤
Anyway here are some of my picks:
Best general purpose deck:
Rider-Waite-Smith Radiant Tarot in a tin - compact (ideal for small hands!), durable, beautiful (recoloured with a gradient effect) - this is my 'daily driver'.
Best beginner's deck:
Sharman-Caselli Tarot Deck - close to RWS with some useful innovations, beautiful with its own distinct style, accessible (the big book explains the symbolism in detail as well as giving gentle guidance on interpretation). Feels very safe and positive, less brutal than the RWS. Tends to assume no reversed cards.
Best for working with angels:
Angel Wisdom Tarot by Radleigh Valentine - very well thought out deck that makes working with specific angels (e.g. through invocations) very easy. The traditional suits are replaced with the four elements. Cards look and feel great. Comes with a really good guidebook.
Most promising under-utilized deck:
The New Mythic Tarot Deck by Sharman-Burke, Caselli, Greene - beautifully illustrated and relates the Tarot to classical myths and legends.
Most wanted:
Thoth Tarot Deck - innovative abstract deck by the notorious Aleister Crowley.
You know, I'm not really into witchcraft but I will say that we have some things in common. I do find your videos enjoyable to watch. Ty
❤❤❤❤ My #1 Tarot is the Moonchild Tarot. My #1 Oracle is the Vintage Wisdom. They speak to me in a way that let's me know how deeply we are connected.
Both of these are in my top 5 as well!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Wow I loved your collection. I have the Moon oracle deck and I work with it a lot I am working on building my collection. I wrote down a few that caught my attention Thank you for sharing
I agree. Bats are very underappreciated creatures.
Love the Spring sounds you used when you showed the cards up close.
I to, just acquired my first RWS deck....I started on the vintage Tarot of the Witch back in 1986. :) I'm really enjoying the RWS journey. ❤
I also own the Moonolgy deck and love it , my absolute favorite at the moment is Dreams of Gaia❤❤
If you wanted to, you could glue the paper from the Camelot deck to poster board to make it sturdy, and then cover it with a clear self-adhesive vinyl sheet. You can probably repair the spirit's box with this stuff too. I guess you'd have to ask it.
also sat through the entirety of it and the last deck is divine. your videos are incredible 🌟
I love the Zodiac Tarot. The art is beautiful. And it includes zodiac, planetary, and elemental correspondences. This adds so much to each card.
Thank you, Hearth. Please provide more content like this!
I also like "Angels and Ancestors"
I love the woodland wardens oracle! It's plant and animals paired.
The wild unknown was the very first deck for me as well. It’s snarky with me but lovely for reading others. lol. I love love it.
I absolutely love my Earth Craft oracle deck. The artwork is gorgeous and powerful. It’s the deck I’m most drawn to and reach for constantly. Plus I use the cards on my altar as decoration.
I absolutely adore my Forest of Enchantment. It's like reading a fairytale you enter the forest, face a challenge and you leave the forest changed.
Thank you Hearth, your decks are beautiful,be blessed always🤗⭐️🌠🌟
Thank you.
Hearth, My favorite deck is the Anne Stokes Gothic Tarot
The artwork is gorgeous!
My favorite cards are the High Prietess,The Knight of Swords & The Page of Swords
Loved this video. So informative! Thanks for sharing your deck collection with us.
Loved seeing and hearing your thoughts on all the different decks. ⭐🌟🌠
I feel like you would really like the foragers daughter tarot. Its in line with the nature vibe of some of your decks and the artwork is beautiful!
I am so glad I decided to read the comments. I just looked up this deck and oh my god I am absolutly in love with them. They are now on my wishlist.
I love the ⭐ Oak, Ash & Thorn deck (volume 1.1) from Three Trees Tarot⭐ really beautiful cards and good readings.
Lastly, my favourite decks are very different to yours we like different vibes in our cards, which is cool, I love seeing other's collections -
The Terra Volatile Tarot, The Pagan Otherworlds Tarot, The Tyldwick Tarot, The Mythic Tarot- OG Printing not the reprint, The Bohemian Gothic Tarot, The Green Witch Tarot, The Moonchild Tarot, The Tarot of Mystic Moments, The Oracle of Mystic Moments, The Season of the Witch Oracles - which I think you would love!
Wow! The Wild Unknown deck looks absolutely amazing! 🤩
it took a while until I was able to watch this long video of yours
I really enjoyed it and was surprised that you literally have none of my decks ^^ - also, I got a Lenormand deck as a present - it's called Gilded Reverie Lenormand - and the feeling best described with these is "at home" I feel like a lot of the imagery would be something taken straight out of my inner self - so for me it's the combination of Lenormand as well as the illustrations that make it my personal favourite and easiest deck to work with. I really love that you took us through so many decks of yours
⭐🌟⭐⭐ personally, I think I should get the kitchen witch one you showed.
