Girl, this was me yesterday. I had a migraine attack (I suffer from them chronically, complex) then I was hit with a 24 hour stomach bug (I assume) and I ended up going to sleep at 7:30pm. I am feeling a little better now but wow. Hoping to finish cleaning today, because we have company tomorrow! Anyways, LOVE your videos. They’re extremely motivating for me. I appreciate it a lot. ❤

If you can order some dried mullein plant and make a tea, it will clear out all your mucus fast. It can also be smoked or you can breath in the smoke when burning it. I prefer tea myself. Zinc also clears things up fast too, but the taste is yuck 🤢 lol. Thanks for the video and I hope you feel better soon 🤗
