    I prefer to dry load my crdue product onto silica to allow for loading of my column without adulterating solvent. After many sonagashira reactions i find this is the only way to ensure a good seperation in column

    A very strange way of pronouncing an English sentence. Making a pause in the middle of a sentence where there really is no pause. The synthesis was done very professionally, but it can be very difficult for viewers with less English skills to understand, especially with the somewhat loud music playing in the background.
