Hello. I came across your channel from googling mini heat press. I wanted to ask some questions and not sure if you have a video about it already. I’m looking to get into heat transfers and iron ons (hats, shirts, hoodies, etc…) however, concerning butcher paper. Is that necessary for iron ons and heat transfers if I’m not doing sublimation? If butcher paper is still recommended as I have never done anything like this before, is there a particular thickness needed for butcher paper? Also, what are good sizes to get on the heat transfer tape?

Butcher paper is more sublimation. You can definitely use it with heat transfers, but a teflon sheet would be better for those.
