This song was written for her by her New husband. They met when they were both coming out of a significant relationship/betrayal. It's about saying I love you later on in life without thinking about previous loves. here’s a quick translation not really as poetic but the gist :

She actally writes most of her songs and performs them live, no auto tune or lip synching in her concerts. She is a supermodel since the age of 14, a wonderful actress, artist, mother and humanitarian. Still,she remains humble and so sweet! Johnny lost out big time when he chose that hag, AH , over his beautiful family, and he owns that fact!

Mista Lovalova J'apprécie ton avis et je le respecte, mais je trouve ca dommage de se sentir attaqué par des commentaires de personnes qui donnent seulement leur avis, personne n'a tort et personne n'a raison, je pense que c'est une simple publication de son avis et de sa façon de voir cette chanson. Les commentaires sont la pour ça, pour donner son avis et pas pour critiquer les avis des autres: liberté d'expression. Si toi, ou quelconque autre personne se sent dérangé par sa façon de voir cette chanson (ou une autre) c'est pas a lui de changer sa façon de la voir mais bien aux autres de ne plus se sentir affecté par un point de vue qui de plus ne les appartient pas. Enfin ce n'est que mon avis, de mon coté je me suis identifié au fait qu'il apprécie cette chanson parce qu'elle rompt avec ce qu'on a l'habitude d'entendre, puis le reste du commentaire je ne me sens pas concerné donc je ne m'y identifie pas. Si quelqu'un se sent attaqué cest qu'il s'identifie a la totalite mais le refoule x) sinon je ne vois pas pourquoi cela attirerait des flammes. Apres on part sur des sujets generaux, tu dis toi meme que tu en as marre que cette personne critique les musiques que tu aimes ecouter. Et d'un autre coté je suis certaine que si le jugement des autres ne t'affectais pas tant tu ne t'intéresserai pas aux commentaires de cette personne. Non ? Arretons de croire que les pics viennent des autres, de leur avis et de leur façon de voir les choses. Cela part d'un petit commentaire sur une petite chaine mais qui en dit long sur la façon de voir de chacun au final. Bien entendu, cette réponse n'est en aucun cas un reproche, bien au contraire si cela peut te faire sourire j'en serai ravie. I remember reading that although Vanessa loved Johnny very much, she wasn’t happy in her marriage to him. I can see that, Johnny seems to be very sweet and kind but he has/had a lot of underlying sadness bordering on depression. I think he would not have been a very fun or happy person to live with!
As strange as this may sound, I think his marriage to Amber Heard helped to bring out and deal with the demons that he had locked inside; and hopefully he has now overcome them :)
