If the first guy ever served in the military, I guarantee he received weekly blanket parties with that attitude.

Also a Dis-Honorable discharge. Guaranteed.
Blanket party? Like a sleep over
I'm scared to ask, but what in this context means "blanket parties"?
A blanket gets thrown over an individual, then other members of his unit beat the crap out of him. I only saw it once when I was in basic training. Our platoon was constantly punished because of this one guy's foul-ups.
The fact that officers operate alone in the USA is so crazy to me. So dangerous

“*more unhappy noises*” caught me on guard 😂
I don't mean to be a grammar stickler, but it's just that I think you'd appreciate knowing that the correct term is actually "caught me *off*-guard". Being on your guard is being aware, being attentive, while being off-guard means you weren't ready for it, hence the phrase "caught me off-guard"
Unless you did indeed know the meaning, and chose to deliberately say "on-guard", implying that you were ready for some stuff but that still got you, in which case, good one! :D

The main police officer at the end of the vehicle was amazing. Despite being alone and two people coming towards him he remained calm the entire time. He was respectful, polite, and professional even though the detainee was aggressive and assaulted him (I would almost say he was too polite to her). He didn’t deserve to be treated the way he was, but I commend him for keeping his composure in a situation that was likely very frightening for him. I hope he was given the recognition he deserves.

As much as I agree, it kinda seemed like the cops had some sort of personal relationship with the guy. Especially when he asked for the one cop in particular. I can't imagine what it must be like arresting someone you know. There are some good bodycam compilations of that on here. The councilman was convicted after taking the innocence of children. A few months later!!! I hope hell is real so he can rot there forever.
He was a city councilman. They all know him. And just left court for child sexual abuse
