I work at HT and this is a fairly new palette. We get lots of palettes from companies I've never heard of, but some of our Blackheart makeup is actually not too bad. You should do a Hot Topic makeup review! It's hit or miss honestly, but I think that would be a super cool video because there's sooo many products! :)
Chloe Veloz I use 2 of the blackheart eyeshadow pallets (unicorn blood and interstellar) on a daily basis and they actually work pretty well and the color selections are nice

Now this is perfect for my six year old who wants to play with eyeshadow but don't need mama's pigment. Especially since she's getting into Rugrats now; her favorite character is Angelica ;D although I identify most with her doll, Cynthia.
If she wants to play with makeup I would suggest something with less pigments. I think some makeup from Claire’s would be a great decision because it’s small and made for her age. I know this is late I just I thought I would suggest it.
