Karen's actually the most normal. She's a really minor character, but her biggest flaw is being naive and gullible. Other than that, she's the most decent, well-adjusted character in the whole game. Megan is a bit more problematic. On the surface, she seems not too bad, but she's actually a big control freak who power trips.
Karen and Ari imo are more normal. Karen has no moral flaws and Ari can potentially be vindictive but she’s not actually a bad person, but Jecka is literally racist

Though either way, she can easily turn into a terrible person, and she's morally dubious at the best of times. Ari isn't generally bad, but I actually think she's worse than she's regarded as being. In the path where Nicole turns her down, Ari knowingly refuses to try to clear things up when Nicole gets accused of homophobia immediately after, which is pretty messed up. The entire escalation that results in Ari's house being burned down is therefore also _kind of her fault,_ and it culminates in Nicole being forced into a questionably consensual relationship with her. Karen literally does nothing wrong. Like, I think the most morally gray act we ever see her commit is bending the rules at the library for Nicole. She's either squeaky clean, or she has a side we've never seen.
