I'll bet you a subscription that the Panthers don't come out looking for revenge for the hit against Barkov. If you've been watching the Panthers, you will notice that they don't retaliate to cheap hits most of the time. Their coach has instilled in them keeping their eyes on the Cup and no stupid penalties. Revenge will come during next year's regular season.

Correct. They will just play a steady, patient game and wait for the Oilers to take chances and turn over the puck.
Panthers will keep this as low-key and boring as possible.

Oilers played there best game in game 1 and lost. Panthers played there worst game in the playoffs in game 1 and won. Love the oilers but not happening this year. Great year though and happy to be here.

I’d like to believe the Oilers will elevate, in enough of the right ways, including scoring multiple goals, their game but have serious questions as to whether they will. The Oilers have after all only scored once over 120 minutes of ice time, with such poor odds making a sweep of this Cup final by the Panthers more likely than a win of the same round by the Oilers.

This shows the issue with this way of thinking. If Skinner had a save percentage in game three that Bobrovsky had in game three, the Oilers would have won that game 3-2. We need to stop asking "how can we score more?" and start asking "how can we stop more pucks from entering our net?"

To be clear, I am not blaming Skinner. It needs to be a full team defense to achieve what Florida is achieving. If Oilers had the Panthers defensive mentality this series could be 2-1 in Edmonton's favor even with the game one shutout against.

@@Trump4prisonxxx I fully agree, Oilers are focusing on Offense and despite what some people think the Panthers have been the better team. Panthers are executing their game which is focusing on defense and there is no world the Oilers beat them without playing just as defensively. Panthers in four.
