The prize thing -is it true?
If it is, the number to text has disappeared
@@weeyin64 Nope! I just seen it too and I blocked them immediately. I will never message anyone saying anything like that. Ever.
Glad I was suspicious and messaged. Gotta watch for those scammers. Loved the video today.
The lid off an old oil can before they come now in plastic bottles
I think the part with the keyhole is an old ignition switch from a car. It would be pretty old as it would have been before they incorporated the steering column lock in them. My grandmother’s last car she purchased was a 1964 Ford Falcon sedan and the ignition switch was in the dash and not on the column. You also had a different key to unlock the doors and trunk. I wonder if those cylinders with the loops were for some kind of scale? If you clean them up they might have numbers on them.
Your comments about the Falcon brought back old memories! When I was pregnant with my younger son all I could afford was a Falcon with a "questionable" transmission -- reverse was a function of the car's mood at the moment.
Parking extrication was often accompanied by shouts of "Turn it to your OTHER right, honey!" while my older boy (age 3) stood on the Falcon's front seat clutching the steering wheel, convinced NASCAR was in his future.
Meanwhile, I pushed the car from the front and mumbled rude curses at the gods of transportation who couldn't design a parking space that didn't involve going backwards.
I have to admit I'm loving the new pop-up pictures it's definitely showing validity to your catches and proves that you're not talking out your ass. PS another great video as usual keep it going man.
Tyler, that wierd bent rod you picked up at timestamp 17:37 is the crank rod from an old time car when they had the manual crank that stuck out the front of the grill..... don't scrape it but find and old time car buff that would love to have it.
My hubby said to tell you the same thing..said he thinks it's probably from a Model T or Model A..something back that far.. like he said..don't scrap it...
The Fisher is WAAAAY more humble than I would have been snagging that magnet.
You saved that magnet multiple times this year 😄, I still can't believe how lucky that was bro. 1 in a million
No kiddin Alex!!! 😅 Thinking you're gonna have to treat Tyler to some Jolly Bob's Pizza or tacos from El Tequila for saving that magnet AGAIN!!! 😂🍕🌮😋 But what a LEGENDARY snag!!!! 😃🏆🙌🏻🎆💪🏻🤩 Couldn't do that again if ya tried for a hr!!! 😆🤣 Score another rescue for Tyler!!! 🦸♂️🌟🌠🤘🏻❤
Amazing magnet recovery! The perfect throw!
Great shot getting Alex's Magnet back dude!! The second last item you grabbed, before the ignition switch, may have been a radio tube, or an electronics tube of some sort. I had an old military Marconi radio from WW2, and the tubes in that had a similar grate surrounding the middle of the tube. It may also be made of more exotic metals than tin or iron. Couldn't hurt to check into it a bit more.
You guys are killing it. What fun! It's kinda like Christmas. Carry On Magnet Man.
I gotta say, I love that you've added an item description from Amazon or Ebay or wherever, and the cha-CHING loose change sound effect. They fit well into these videos! Keep up the good work!
When Alex tossed his magnet & rope in the river, I figured you would have to get your kayak & search for it that way, but WOW on your first throw, you got both! Now I would not consider that lucky, but your skill in locating stuff. Alex really knocked it out of the park & you as well. I always enjoy your videos, Tyler & thanks for helping to clear the waterways of junk. I think I can smell the food cooking in that restaurant & it has made me hongry.
“Dude it’s pinched beautifully…” 😂 Great job!
At about 17:40 Tyler, your holding an old z bar for starting an old car that had no electric started in it. One end was for starting, that's why there a nub sticking out on both sides and the other end was a wrench for removing lug nuts.
This was a great video! The brown ceramic thing is an insulator that holds hi voltage power lines. The second thing is two leaf springs stuck together.
The mesh thing is the lighting element for a gas lamp. My aunt had them in her yard. Looks like you guys are pulling things up from the beginning of the 1900’s. You guys make a good team. Love the old phone receiver 📞
Gonna miss the super constant uploads when it's gets cold! Enjoy the weather while you still can, man!!
I will have enough magnet fishing videos to do at LEAST 1 a week through the winter! I’ll also be doing some ice fishing 🎣
@@TheFisher Really? How awesome for us - freezing for you! Definitely looking forward to that!
@@TheFisher yes ice-magnet fishing! I saw an old video you did ice fishing with the underwater camera in the hole, and you were pulling up perch left & right, had your limit in no time flat. That was a really great video.
@@TheFisher Hope ya do another 'sleep on the ice' video again this yr!! 🎣🥶 But just don't forget anything this time!!! 😆 N of course we wanna see 'Lil Cash' giving those fish heck n reeling 'em in too!!! 💵💙🧑🏻🦰🐟😉 I bet he's grown a head taller by now!!! ❣️🤗 Lookin forward to them Tyler!! 🍓🙋♀️T
Tell your friend to tie his ROPE to his BELT! Good grief! There’s no excuse for a rookie mistake like that😂.
Thank you for clearing more garbage out of your local waterways. Every magnet fisher does their part to help keep America clean. Outstanding work gentlemen.
That was amazing to get his magnet back good job 👍
That thing that looks like a lug wrench, at 17:52, looks to be an old hand crank that they used to start engines way back in the day. I looked up "engine crank handle", and it looks almost just like ones from 1928 to 1931 Ford model A
Once again The Fisher saves the day!!!! Awesome job and video!!
Cool job getting Alex’s mag back!!!! You rock!!!❤
That was amazing catching Alex's rope! Lucky for him you're together! Holy smokes dude!!! LOL
I always enjoy your video's. Thank you ☺️☺️☺️☺️
you killed it today Tyler. great video. 👍
19:43 - looks like a little fiiting from a gas light, the kind that were on walls
Or from an old kerosene lamp? My Dad always used them for ice fishing at night, up north at the cottage, etc…
14:39 is a small shoe horn. Not very popular today because shoe manufacturers learned how to make shoes that fit, but my grandfather had a few of them.
HAY THEY TYLER GLAD YOU GOT THE MAGNET BACK YET AGAIN 🤗!? EXCELLENT HUNT'S SWEET FIND'S!? HOPEFULLY ALL IS WELL THEY HAVEING A GOOD SAFE WEEK AHEAD GOD SPEED KEEP FROSTY WATCH YOUR 6 TAKE CARE ✝️ Ⓜ️ NO FALLING IN THE WATER 🤔👎😋 !?
Dude great save on the magnet. That was so awesome. 😊😊
I just love this spot. Alot of interesting finds. I love how you clean the non metal debris out of the water as you go. Great video.
Thanks so much for making my evening better Tyler! That spot has been your best relic area out of any other place you’ve been to! Keep this amazing work going and I’ll never stop watching you!!!
That square thing you got with your Buddy's magnet looks like an older style flask.
I like when you fish behind there! You always find the coolest things!
So the thing you have in your hands at 17:50 in the video could be a wind up engine starter from a old car considering the eagle hood ornament and the giant gear
The cylinders with the cement inside and the hook on top could be weights from a fishing net
Those cylinder things with the loops on top look like measuring weights for a large balance scale!
Yo Fisher dude…another killer day dunkin’ the 360!! Nice job saving Alex’s magnet….you DA MAN!!!! And that ‘tire changing handle thing’ is indeed a tire lug wrench on the side with the socket for the wheel lugs, and the other side with the pin goes in the end of a scissor jack to crank the jack up. Keep tossin’ that old 360 and rakin’ in the cash money stuff Broski!!!!!!!!
The one piece, 3 wheels, looks like it came off of a dish conveyer. They roll the tubs of dirty dishes back to the dishwasher. So many cool finds.
Y'all are so fun. Lol
❤️
Way to go on getting your friends magnet back on first try ! That was onein a million chance ! Way to go !
Love your video as always! You and Alex are fun together.
Hi Fisher, amazing how that area of the river hides a lot of material. A magnetic greeting from Italy. 🤙👍
Great video today. Love that spot. Y'all are killin it there. Much love from Louisiana ❤️❤️
Hey mello 🖐🧲
Getting lucky with the weather..but I think it's gonna change?✌️
It’s getting cold!
Maybe ice magnet fishing?
@@TheFisher Yup...we lucked out lately huh? Had a beautiful wknd n the last cpl days, but now it's gonna dip quick! 🥴👎🏻🌡🥶 Sooo not ready for cold n possible sn*w! 😣😮💨 (can't jinx it by even typing it out! Ha!) Bad enough the leaves are dropping faster than a ball in the hands of a Bears receiver!! 🍁🍂🏈😆
Thanks for the upload Tyler, btw I love the addition of showing how much the actual thing you found is worth and what it looks like without being all rusted up, and the cash money sound clip is on point 😅 love your videos as always keep on doing you my guy
That was the save of the century! #NoMagnetLeftBehind
I enjoy these much, much more than shorts.
I had those old metal skates that you put on your shoes when I was a little kid. Yep, I'm old 😁
@ 12:30 & 14:58 you caught counterbalances to an old scale.
@ 13:90 those appear to be the coil parts of an old electrical transformer.
@ 18:00 I'm wondering if that's a crank for like an old model t car. They'd stick it in the front of the car into the motor crankshaft and give it a good turn to crank start the motor.
Those two heavy weights (@15:00) may have come off of an old rolling scale that factories used. The weights were used to cantilever big product weight.
A very good Thursday morning to you all in the USA from Wellington Somerset in the uk
I wonder if those cylinders with the loop on top that you found in different sizes if they aren't counterweights for scales
Love your positive vibes man thanks for all the entertainment after a long day
Alright, I think that I have a few answers for you! That bent bar that you showed to crank, I believe that goes to an old car that had to be cranked in the front to start it. The piece that you friend found that was heavy, I believe it is a hub to a wagon wheel!
Tyler, I believe that all the people around that area are very happy with the amount of trash that you remove from their river
Nice 1TMRM!! (ONE THROW MAGNET RESCUE MISSION!) Made me grin from ear to ear! Alex owes you lunch.
Hey buddy!! 😉 N too funny...just said the same thing!! 😆 N all they'd have to do is walk a few feet for pizza at Jolly Bob's or tacos at El Tequila!!! 🚶♂️🚶🤣🍕🌮😋
The two different size things with the wire on top is a weight for a trot line. The thing that looks like a pick are is a homemade anchor. Maybe that is a tire tool and the other end is used to raise the jack or lower it . 💚🥰
Hey there 🖐
@@magnetjunkie hey Magnet Junkie 🥰
Those little metal round things with hooks are counter weights. Back in the days tractors had rods that look like that bent one that you used to have to crank the tractor to start it.my grandfather had one.
If Iam correct I believe the the two cylinder things u found are scale calibration weights. Great video bro
Always fun to watch what you'll find!!
Amazing Day!!! Even Got A Magnet Back!!!! First Shot Too!!!!! Thanks For Sharing!!!! Safe Travels!!!! 😄🤣☺👍💯😎🤘
My guy coming to the rescue. This spot has cool stuff.
Glad you went with a friend and always know how to tie knots on rope , so yo don't lose your magnets.
Watching 👀 Waiting to see all the Funky stuff. Mmm Pizza. The old school hamburger yo yo. Awesome magnet fishing.
HECK YEAH!!! SO FUN TO WATCH!!
Another great treasure haul. Like Alexs eagle and tray he found. You will have completely cleared that side soon.
The light switch is older than the 70s. I think its probably 30s to 50s. I have seen them in really old houses. That coil you found looks to me to be the output transformer of a old tube radio or older auto radio. They would have a transformer that would be between the last tube and speaker. The other thing with it may be a electric motor or maybe a timer, it was hard to tell with all the junk on it.
The transformer-like device with the shaft might indeed be part of a motor, or maybe a variable transformer. Probably the loops of potato-bag wire were for hanging the (probably-no-longer-usable; read on for a humorous reference to this "just useful for its mass" type of item) transformers from a rope to act as weights, maybe for a small home-made anchor for an inflatable raft or other super-lightweight watercraft. That's even become a wry remark --- "It's a boat-anchor!" --- to indicate that a device is either obsolete or non-functioning: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boat_anchor_(metaphor) :D
You are the Fisher getting Alex’s magnet first throw. You are the great one. Lol. But true!!!!
Looks like you got a crank for a model T. 17:44
Wow! Alot of junk!!!...but it's the fun of catching anything!!!! 🎉
I been watching you for hours.
Nice Video! If you have never seen the movie Kid Colter filmed in the mid 80's you sound just like the mountain man who lives in a tree! keep the good videos coming!
OMG! You guys crack me up. Keep up the good work. You always make my day!
15:54 kinda looks like a leaf spring kinda like you see on old YJ jeeps
I'm liking the way you're inserting the prices of the objects you're getting.
Love watching a videos and tell Alex he's not the only one. he's ever tossed a magnet with the rope in the water but at least he was lucky he got his back I had to buy a new magnet fishing kit
Rut row!!! 😮😒 I'd be finding someone with a small boat, kayak or canoe n go back with a rope with a hook n try to snag it!!! 🚤🛶🪝👍🏻 Totally worth it cuz they ain't cheap!! We know...lost 2 of 'em getting snagged in rocks below a dam n another snapped on to something BIG n then wedged itself in whatever it was. Used a come-along to try to free it n the rope snapped. 😪 Soooo darn frustrating cuz ya know where they are, but there's no way to get them...safely anyways. 😖
The bent tire iron could be a crank for a old middle car hand crank
Great job at getting the rope and magnet back.
This is a great video and I was dying when Alex called that skate an old roller blade 😂😂😂😂
Catching his line is Unbelievable
Ee gads, Every time you stand on the ledge and look down I hold on for dear life.😳
First throw! You are KING FISHER
14:27 Rat-tail file, for enlarging round holes and other non-flat-surfaced material-removing needs. :D
And that big metal thing Alex found was a tip to a drilling rig for like a oil or water and it's huge
10:30 Maybe all of that sharp-edged scrap metal that you also hooked with your magnet on that same throw acted like a crude grappling-hook that snagged the rope from Alex's magnet? :D
Your too funny love how you make up stories on what it could be,very entertaining always watching makes my days
Looks like one of those locks for the amusement park lockers or a train station
4:54 Electric bell; the domed/curved portion is the gong that the internal striker would ring. :D
P.S. Oh, okay --- I see now that you did eventually notice the parts of the bell and the phone-dial; it would not have been from a regular desk-phone like the eBay one you showed, though, since the bells would have been separate from the dialer, and located both lower down in the base-cabinet and back towards the rear. So this dial-attached-to-bell unit must have been from a much-more-compact dial-in-handset phone, where its smaller-sized design means that the bell would indeed have been mounted just "below" or "behind" the dial. :D
21:23…that’s what happened when a golfer across the river lost his last ball in the river, and lost his game.😂
@14:50 some of those things reminds me of old TV parts. My dad repaired old TV's.
Alex is starting to grow on me, especially after that "rolling tray" comment .
Metal hamburger 😆 nice vid Fisher man 🤘🏼
Lots of weird metal nice cleaning job
It's a river a big lump of randoms it has the interesting stuff
Such neat finds. 👍👍👍👍💗💗💗💗
great day recover Alax mag nice, good finds thanks
You have the best channel on UA-cam
That thing that you thought was a tire lug nut remover is actually a crank candle crank for dollies for a trailer 👍😎
Gotta love the mild passive aggression. Alex turns down your idea of the eagle being a hood ornament, then 2 seconds later you put up an Amazon screenshot of an eagle hood ornament. Lol, I guess you know better hahaha
You guys are smoking hot on the relic’s today!
The thing that you thought was a lug wrench for changing tires, you are partially correct, The bar is an old model T car crank, for the old cars that started with a crank in the front which also came with a lug wrench as well so you can start your car and change a tire as well. Might wanna look it up, it could be worth some money..... I just looked it up, they price range is $40 - $65
Please come back here, love this spot
