I have an e46 m3 with CPI stepped headers and agency power section 3. This set up sounds so much better then mine and for far less money if anyone was wondering

Great sound! Is section one stock 2 resonators?
Section 1 is stock, so it has one straight through & the other has a resonator
Did you have any fitment issues with the megan headers? Sounds good, any drone?
Dakota Gast There’s some drone but it’s definitely not unbearable or annoying. Fitment was OEM like. Fit was perfect.

Is this set up really loud in person cause I’m about to sell my exhaust for this lol
I would say to keep your agency power exhaust just Incase you might not like the loudness of it. Agency power is replicated to the Megan racing section 3 and one of my friends has it and it’s quite quieter than mine. So yes the top speed will be louder but it’s not unbearable loud. It was perfect when I had it.
Giuliano Stefanatto if you want even louder than this, Manzo is your option.
Any drone with the top speed muffler?
Yes there’s done around 2.5k rpm, but when you hit 3k it goes away.
do you think the headers are what really gave your car the scream? like would a full catback Magnaflow with catless headers produce this type of sound?
Oskar35 The headers is 100% the reason my car screamed & sounded the way it sounded. I’m not sure if the magnaflow setup would sound similar to this.
The cat less headers will add more rasp won’t it? I’m trying to figure out a nice set up with less rasp,
I’d suggest catless headers for performance and just make the exhaust note cleaner. Also get resonated section 1’s and it’ll fix the rasp
@@Anzikidd yeah I knew about the section 1 but I thought cattless headers would make it more rasp but I can see it cleaning it up too. Appreciate the input! I’ll research more on it!
@@TpriestJr don’t forget some headers give low and high pitched tones. Megan and active autowerkes give low pitch, Supersprint agency power n fabspeed gives low pitch
