thanks for inspiring me... i was there at C10 on boxing day and also had to wade through water at waist high tide..for 4 hours of fishing I caught 5 small emperors and grunters with dead prawn bait but no sicklefish though. will try my luck again :)
@@kuoyung thanks for the tip i'll try that spot earlier in the morning next time. You can also try the huge canal at tanah merah coast road,near to ferry terminal. I caught sicklefish and flathead there before too

Bro, high tides in the morning are the best in my experience. Nonetheless, not every time will get big fish of course. All the best to you.

if u target big fish than u should use size 1 and above. but i like size 5 hooks because also can catch smaller fishes.
