You have too much equipment ! I don't see the need for 2 lathes - why do you 'need' them both ? Do they have some unique interesting features ?
Ditto with the milling machines. What won't the big one do that the small ones will do ?
I make do with one lathe and one mill........
....but then I don't do anything - LOL !!
