G900a - this method does not work for April 2017 patches. It will get you logged into the device but you cannot factory reset via settings. even if you're signed into your gmail account and samsung account, you can only factory reset from recovery....which...as you guessed....FRP is still enabled at the samsung level.
I tried... and ended up actually calling the emergency service (911), although I never entered those numbers. No one should ever make a false emergency call. I believe it is illegal, and interferes with the emergency service network.
Any link sent in messages is now protected (this function has been blocked due to security reasons) in the latest firmware versions, so this method won't work, but of course there are others... ;)
Probably the easiest method is to flash a combination firmware (google it, this will allow you to access the main menu), do a factory reset, then flash it back with stock firmware.

BEFORE THE BEGINING : 1 - GET A FKN SAMSUNG ACCOUNT First : you need to get on internet 1 - Reset your phone 2 - add wifi 3 - get on internet (not chrome) (there is multiple methods to do that, exemple : copy paste a word and search on web / write the google adress in message's contact GO ON INTERNET APP, NOT GOOGLE CHROME Second : you've to add your own Samsung account 1 - parameter 2 - manage account 3 - Samsung 4 - add your samsung account Third : HAPPY ENDING 1 - ounce you added your account, close internet , go back the begining and keep follow instructions 2 - When your phone will ask you to unlock it with the samsung account , you will see that your email is already here , you 'll just need to type your password GZ !!!!! your phone is unlocked !!!!!!!!!! this worked on my G note 3, if it worked for you too, add your model in commentary !

This work only if you not need samsung account! If you reset to factory setting - sams acc block again.

this is not a real solution! you cannot do a factory reset from settings! When you do a hard reset, so you samsung lock will appear AGAIN!
I think you are supposed to add your own samsung account before doing so.
