Instead of Realterm, I used Samsung FRP Tool to call the phone, send a message and access the internet.

THIS WORKS!!! I could't download SM-G930F Marshmallow 6.0.1, so I had to download it from somewhere else. Great video. Thank you. Also I had troubles with Odin (make sure you have yourSamsung Android driver installed) and try more times if it freezes.

Description says all models however it lists a Galaxy s6 Edge + and your phone is Galaxy s7 edge.
