Literally everything in this video is facts. I’ve done 1k in door nocking window cleaning in 1 hour. Literally a bad day is 600$ in sales. And that’s a bad day with 3-4 hours I can’t imagine nocking for 8 hours. If you nock for 8 hours and make less than 1k you have serious problems in your sales pitch and tonality.
have you gotten insurance yet, do i need insurance if its just me an say 2 friends im paying to help me in the beginning an then when its profitable enough to get insurance?
Hey Oliver!@@oliverlestersells Sorry, very rarely check that UA-cam account. I'm waiting for the spring to start knocking, but I have already purchased some deionization tanks and can't wait! Thanks so much for the information! It has been extremely helpful.
I've been getting your emails for quite a while now. You are extremely motivational! I think keeping me back is I have children I need to keep with me. I want to do a job that I can keep them with me. If I told the customers that my children are going to be helping out do you think they would have a problem?
@@oliverlestersells well the whole point is I want to spend as much time with my children as I can. I want to avoid leaving them with strangers. I love my children.
@@jasonggabbott you can always have the kids chill in the van/car while you work. And check up on them every once in a while. Each job should take 2-3hr if you’re just starting out. Once you get better equipment it’ll be a lot faster.
We do, many times in our videos we cut out many things to make them faster tighter and more entertaining, but we accept credit cards, usually w homebase 360 crm thru them
Im from the UK and just started. I made sales but its always the price people are always a no on. I understand building value and giving the same information in a different way is key but im trying to figure out the ball park. Some insight from people i have spoke to at the door is my cleaner does all frames, seals and windows for £30?? If anyone has guidence please shed some light. I also would love to drop into a state and really smash out some sales. Always has been my dream to visit...
Do you have to have a solicitors permit for each city you are in, I know at least for mine it’s like 600$ for one of the cities I will be working in for the year. If I have to have multiple that could add up real quick.
Really varies by municipality. When you’re starting out at 0… probs not the most important part lol. Not to say that stuff doesn’t matter, but when ur at 0 ya just gotta make money and not let tiny things hold u back that don’t matter either way. When you’re big, have employees, things can be optimized and done differently
If the weather is cold (I live in Canada too) most of my students either o permanent lighting business or just do it march- october ish. If u do it right u can make enough that it doesn’t matter. Many of my friends work 4-6 months a year and travel the rest
I did 50k in 4 months last summer by myself, I am trying to expand this summer. When hiring an employee is it best to pre knock and have jobs lined up a full week in advance? Or is it better to knock that day to create urgency with the customer when selling, I am worried about knocking at 10am on a Tuesday just because everyone will be at work. What’s the best time to knock?
@@JoshLaClaire why didn’t you just knock and clean the same day. Did you have d2d experience before? What was the door open rate and your close rate at the beginning and as you got experience.

Especially w 1 or 2 or 3 workers… easy to scale to 2-5k a day.

Really helpful, thank you.
Happy to help
How much do you pay your sales guy?
What CRM software do you use to track sales??
We use homebase360
Any particular reason you don't take credit card? Also, are you trying to do these folks every year or twice a year?

Try for 2-4 times a year

No you dont need a solicitors permit and if you're the type of person worried about that type of Bs then you aren't going to make it
Confused. You said in the video title 98K/mo and then said you have done this yourself up to 40K/mo. Thanks for clarifying
