I am using this new lens with an helicoid adapter on my SONY cameras, and have shoot many macro images with it, mostely fully open with f/2,8, and I am very pleased with the results! Furthermore, this lens shows no distortions, even at f/2,8! 👍👍👍
Ordered one a week ago on eBay, but the seller still hasn't shipped it yet. I'm starting to get impatient and now wish I would have bought it direct instead.
very interesting lens, would love to get one. and crossing my fingers that ttartisan will produce a 90mm f/2 similar to summicron with small size to complement m camera.
That would have severely limited the usefulness of this lens. Most people would have to use an adapter anyways from PK to whatever and very likely still wouldn't have EXIF. This is a much smarter move and can still be used with a lot of vintage film cameras as well, and not just those from Pentax.

It is a full frame lens so there may be some vignetting, but I wouldn't think it would be too bad.

Super , uniwersal mout , but better be native Pentax PK mount with EXIF transfer ;-)

Just get an adapter for M42 to NF adapter. That's basically how it is intended to be used.
